Гарне помешкання, все є. Чисто, затишно. А головне: 1. Близько до вокзалу. З великими сумками те що треба 2. І супер крута відео інструкція для заселення Рекомендую Це одно з найкращих помешкань в Перемишлі де я була. А я раз в місяць їду в Україну і нвзад.

Comfortable, convenient for travellers, would stay again

The flat is just 5 min walking distance from the railway station, and it was very easy to find after dark thanks to the location photos provided. The host is very responsive, all the instructions how to get into the apartment were provided well in time. All was very clean and ready for me, the bathroom is new, I especially liked the spa shower. The kitchen had everything, the sofa-bed was very comfortable - I had a very pleasant stay and can definitely recommend it!

Чудова квартира

Ми з дитиною, спізнилися через страйк на потяг. Приїхали до Перемишля о першій годині ночі. Власники без проблем нас заселили дистанційно. Квартира чиста, комфортна, зовсім близько до залізничного вокзалу. Є все для ночівлі, або проживання. Дуже вдячні власникам що надали умови для відпочинку після важкої дороги.

Мені з донею тут було дуже холодно і фізично, і емоційно.

1. Стильно, затишно, багато місця. 2. Є все, що треба для приготування їжі. 3. Зручні меблі, є 2 великі ковдри

1. Ми з донькою заселились о 21-й 11.01.2024, в -4°С на вулиці. В номері було холодно, як на вулиці - відчинено вікно і сугроб снігу в номері на підвіконні, всі радіатори було вимкнено з розеток. Мені довелось вмикати радіатори, розбиратись з настройками, і номер нагрівався довго. 2. Бойлер у ванній було настроєно на нагрів води до 40°С. Було дуже неприємно в холоді номера зненацька виявити, що тепла вода скінчилась, коли я купала доню. Мені вже не було змоги зігрітись в душі. Так, після того я настроїла бойлер на інший режим роботи. 3. Мені не запропонували ніякої компенсації за незручності. Відмовили у можливості залишитись до 14.00 в номері. 4. Прибрано в номері недбало, брудні кутки, підлога. В санвузлі неприємний запах (можливо, від сусідів)- проблеми з вентиляцією чи каналізацією

Повернусь сюди знову. Дякую.

Дуже охайна, чиста квартира, в якій є все необхідне, окрім пральної машини, проте для мене це не було важливо. Невеличка кухня, де є і електроплита (а до неї кстрюля, сковорода, можна зготувати собі їжу), і мікрохвильовка, і холодильник. Магазин zabka біля будинку. Сама квартира в 10-15 хвилинах від автостанції та залізничного вокзалу, біля площі з купою ресторанів і гарним видом. Легко знайти. Квартира досить тепла і сучасна, хоч і в старому будинку. Білизна, рушники все чистеньке. Душ великий, великий бойлер, гаряча вода. Мені сподобалось все. Потрапити в квартиру можно дистаційно. Не треба чекати власників чи когось, хто передасть ключі. Це те місце, де я подорожуючи через Перемишль, буду зупинятись знову. Персонал уважний і доброзичливий. Єдиний мінус для подорожуючих, якщо у Вас велика валіза, це старі сходи і відсутність ліфта. Я була з рюкзаком, мені це не додало проблем.

Exceptional

Very clean. Has everything you may need . Very accommodating host. My train was delayed and I arrived quite later, but they waited for me and open the door (remotely) as soon as I approached. It is very affordable and close to the train station. Perfect for overnight stay

It is a bit old and dated house. Without link to the YouTube video it would be difficult to find (strongly encourage you to watch it). Non of that was a problem for me.

Wouldn’t recommend if you are in a rush and checking in at late hours. Very poor customer service and communication.

The location is good, really close to the train station. It’s clean, has all essential amenities, perfect for a one-night stay.

Poor customer service and support. The lock at the main entrance door didn’t work, despite trying to open it multiple times and according to instructions. I had to contact the support to help me get in, which took 20 min waiting outside in cold (it was 10pm and no people on the street). When someone eventually came to open the door, I was blamed for not trying hard enough and not being able to open the door myself (all this while barely speaking any English). Unacceptable, considering the circumstances. Also, very strange pictures on the wall, with erotic vibes. Not appropriate, in my opinion.

Great choice

I liked the appartement very much. It is in a super central location where everything is around the corner and easy reachable by foot. Supermarkets and Restaurants within a minute. Railway station is 5-10 minutes walkdistance, depending on the trafficlights. Appartment has nice and modern interior. Pictures and description match the reality. Heating, Kitchen and so on worked great all the time. Internet was fast and stable. TV has access to streaming services, no classic channels though. But you can connect your own gadget, which is very convenient for video calls, e.g.. The appartement is not the cheapest option in Przemyśl, but I preferred it since just everything fit perfectly. Arrangements with the host were super easy and quick. I can definetly recommend!

Very nice, modern apartment, has a fully equipped kitchen. Was indeed very clean and pleasant to stay! Hosts were reachable at all times via message and for the check-in via telephone when I arrived - I didn't need to wait. Location: 5 minutes walk to the train station in Przemysl, plenty of shops around.

The only disadvantage is that it's located in an old building, so there is no elevator and plenty of stairs to climb. If you have heavy bags to carry, it can challenging to the second floor. Also, in my apartment there was no bed, but a couch prepared as bed. It very comfortable to sleep on it though.

Hosts never answered my calls, I was unable to enter the building, left waiting outside the cold.

I had informed the focal point of my arrival in Przemysl, yet when I arrived at the appartment location, I was unable to reach the focal point at the phone number provided in order to be let in the building. I called for over half an hour outside of the building, sent several messages and emails, but no response. After waiting in the cold and rain at night, I had no choice but to book another hotel. The hosts then refused to accept my cancellation and charged me the full amount, despite them not having answered the phone and me therefore unable to physically enter the building .

Had to call all of their numbers a few times, and waited at the door for several minutes before they finally answered the phone and gave me access. Bed was only so-so. A bit hard

It's a great apartment, well equipped and centrally located. My parents were very comfortable here. The host was very kind to them and helped with all their needs. We couldn't be more grateful !
