This vacation rental also includes a Roku-equipped TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies using your own account information. Enjoy the private, furnished balcony with expansive views, where you can take in stunning sunsets over the ocean every evening.

You'll find access to the boardwalk, the Discovery Trail, and Long Beach's famous 28 miles of soft silver sand just steps away from this condo. Nature lovers can scan the nearby dunes for ducks, deer, and other wildlife. Take the scenic five-mile drive to Cape Disappointment State Park, where you'll find the North Head Lighthouse and the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center. Affordable deep sea fishing adventures can be found three and a half miles away in the town of Ilwaco - the so-called Salmon and Sturgeon Capital of the World!

No BBQ's are permitted at this property.
Guests of this condo have access to parking space #18. Additional parking is available first-come, first-served, in any open space not marked reserved. This is located on the third floor and there is an elevator. There is a cart for luggage in the laundry area.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The views of the beach are stunning. The size of the condo was good for a family of four. Location provides easy access to shops and dining. We have two teenage boys. One took the murphy bed (which can be closed off from the main living area with a thick curtain) and the other took the futon couch. Despite the helpful manual which was left, we never could get the futon to fold flat - not sure what we were doing wrong. Despite that, our son says that he was comfortable.

We stay at this condo whenever in Long Beach. The location is perfect. Easy walking to the beach and town. Condo is equipped with everything you need, they even had a crockpot. In the bathroom, with the laundry there are sand toys, kites and a cart to bring your suitcases and ice chest up to the room. Bed is comfortable. I highly recommend this unit.

The moment we walked in we were impressed with the expansive view, cleanliness, and tasteful artistic decor. The layout is perfect. The furniture super comfortable. Everything we could think of was here for us to cook our meals and live comfortably! Easy access to boardwalk, trails, and beach. Beautiful sunsets. We definitely want to return. *Google Maps with address we were given took us to the wrong condo on the north side of town. Be sure to follow written directions they send. 501 7th Street SW. The SW part is important. *Also, initially we could not locate the lockbox. It is high up inside the door frame. A phone call with a very polite and friendly Property Manager quickly resolved our questions.

I looked at dozens of places to stay in Long Beach before I chose this one. Perfect view of the ocean and about as close as you can get to the beach. Extra clean and had everything you need for cooking. Beach theme decorations were a fun plus. Only issue was the streaming TV service with no movies without commercials but not a big deal. Sun came out on Sunday and walked the beach for over 3 miles. Thanks for everything

I stayed here with my pup over Christmas 2023, and I swear my blood pressure went down at least 30%. They decorated the place up for us, its was cozy and comfortable and we will be back. So very relaxing, which is exactly what I needed.

This was a great place to stay. Easy access to the beach and easy walk into town. The home is very well stocked. The kitchen has everything you’d need and nice appliances. Tons of movies, games and stream TV. Fantastic view of the beach. My only gripe was the bedroom and master bath. Both had ample storage. Unfortunately every single cupboard and drawer was full of linens, pillows or were locked. There was 1 open shelf in the bathroom and a luggage rack available and a bar with several hangers for clothes. I don’t like living out of a suitcase when I’m on vacation. We’ll be back though, we loved every second.

From the moment we opened the door we felt at home. The owners of the condo have thought of EVERYTHING! But the best part are the swivel recliners! I could have spent the entire day in them watching the ocean waves and amazing sunsets! We had a great time strolling the boardwalk, getting coffee at the Kraken coffeehouse, donuts at Dylan’s Bakery and eating Castaway’s famous fish & chips! We even had time to make the trek over to Astoria to climb the Astoria column and to makes a quick stop at both the Cape Disappointment and North Head lighthouse! Thanks for allowing us to make lifetime memories!! We will be back (from Phoenix, AZ)

This was a nice place to stop on our road trip from WA to CA. It was clean and spacious for two. I believe it would be great for a family of four as well! The living room had a comfortable Futon and a Murphy bed if you need it. The view was amazing. In the morning we watched a deer grazing in the grassy dunes while enjoying our coffee from inside the living room.

Easy walk to beach, boardwalk, Discovery Trail, and town (bakery ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️). Nice place, good bed. We didn’t cook, opting to eat out every meal, but the kitchen looked well-supplied.

This is a beautiful condo. The views are awesome. Even when the weather outside is dicey you still have a beautiful view of the ocean and the turmoil in the sky. Everything you could possible need is available. You can cook with easy because everything you need is in that kitchen. You can tell the owners like to cook. It was an enjoyable weekend.

I’ve stayed at Windward PassGe multiple times. The views are wonderful. Easy walk to boardwalk and beach as well as to town. Great location and this condo was well stocked with comfortable furniture and bed.

The owners thought of everything guests might need…from a great cart to bring up our suitcases to beach chairs, deck chairs, binoculars, games, more than enough kitchen necessities and extras…even had corn on the cob skewers. Loved the swivel recliners to look out at the ocean or watch tv… plenty of choices of things to watch - dvd’s, Roku channels. We and our doggies had a great stay.

We were very pleased with this property. We found it to be very neat and clean, quiet and the view of the ocean and beach was excellent and very entertaining. This property had all the comforts of home and then some. Highly recommended.
