Cozy vibes

This hostel is by far the best one I ever stayed in. Almost everyone staying here had to extend their stay at least once, because it is just so comfortable in here. If you like hippie vibes and not so crowded beaches, Koh Phayam is really it for u. This hostel is truly a hidden gem :)) lots of love

Alles war perfekt. Das Team war super, sie haben mir sogar mein iPad nachgeschickt, weil ich es auf der Insel vergessen habe. Bequeme Betten, super Stimmung. Nur 2 min Fußweg zum Long Beach.

Es kann in der Nacht in den Betten schonmal heiß werden, aber das ist überall auf der Insel so! :)

Very social, it’s super easy to meet people, the owners are great and the beach is in short walking distance.

Bathrooms are not the cleanest ones.

It’s a magical place, I didn’t want to leave. So chilled, close to the beach and loads of great restaurants, cafes and shops. Ing and Om are both really helpful. FYI there is no cash point on the Island.

Best place to stay on Koh Phayam and maybe in Thailand. I was there for nearly a week and enjoyed every second. Amazing host, people and accommodation! I will definitely come back to Tropical!

amazing, great people

Om and Ing the owners are amazing and interact with all the guests, the hostel has good vibes and energy and the people staying there soon become part of a koh payam family as soon as you walk in. went to stay for two days and ended up staying for 10 days. great location near restaurants and bars and lets you know what events are happening on in the evenings. people that don’t even stay at the hostel go there to drink and chill because it is just a VIBE. Also close to longbeach.

The vibe, the island, the people I met there, the Samosa Bar, the two French bakeries just near the hostel, the hammocks at the hostel. I would recommend to anyone to go there. I loved it and would have extended if I could have postponed my return flight.

Best people on the island are there

I had a really nice week at tropical hostel. Ing and Om (sorry if i messed up the spelling) are two very nice host. Jane’s cooking is delicious (especially the chicken burger). it is a really nice place to meet people. you feel sooo much welcomed. Beds are really comfortable and everything is clean. Yeah I highly suggest this place to enjoy Koh Phayam!

Very chill atmosphere, super for relaxing, people are very nice, staff super helpful they booked me my next trip and all worked out great. family type atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to stay a couple of days to truly enjoy. I could only stay for two nights and it was not enough :)

Sometimes a bit chaotic, as a lot of things lying around but that's part of the charme also.

I will for sure come back, it felt like another family in such a short period of time.

Super friendly staff. Everyone wants to stay for a few days and ends up staying a longer period. Helpful with every issue and a lot of activities like exploring the island or dinner together. Big locker and comfy bed. The island is super laid back and attracts cool people.

A nice place with cool people and an awesome vibe!

All staff are friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. They offered me a ride to Hin-ta-lu when knowing that I couldn't ride a motorbike which I really appreciated. It felt more like spending quality time with friends than just staying at a hostel. It was one of my best traveling experiences. Highly recommend!

Stay here if you like a good night sleep and meet other people

The two girls who run the place are great Great atmosphere, easy to meet other travellers Very good mattresses for Thai standards Close to the beach I was actually very sad to leave! Ing and Cartoon!!!! Hope to see you again one day ;)

More than a hostel, it's a family and THE place to stay.

The hostel is pretty new and the owners Ink and Cartoon are great hospitality people. They turn the place into a home, where the people feel like family. I had a blast and must say a BIG BIG thank you for that wonderful time. One day I will come back. Big hugs to cutie Phayam. ❤️

The floor in the dorm could be groomed every second day, because of all the sand. I did it my self as it bothered me, but that was it. :)
