Jobb volt, mint amire számítottunk.

Jó az elhelyezkedése, minden közel van. A tulajdonosok barátságosak és kedvesek, a személyzet figyelmes és segítőkész. Az udvaron nyugalom és kellemesen családias hangulat uralkodik, nagyon szerettünk az erkélyen ücsörögni és bámulni, ahogy zajlik a élet. Kitűnően éreztük magunkat, szívesen visszatérünk a következő alkalommal is, ha lehetőség adódik!

Túl sok az orosz turista, akik kevésbé barátságosak, mint más népek. Erről azonban nem a szállás tehet, ez általában jellemző az egész városra.

We spend good time on the beach. Staff was kind and responsive.

Good place near the beach.

Room was clean but not comfortable. There was video camera on the wall of my room.

Хорошее расположение - очень близко к морю, рядом есть большое количество кафе, также есть небольшие магазины

В номерах достаточно влажно, если комната долго закрыта - появляется запах влажности.

No proper road to reach by car, Fan and light issues were there, Washroom was not clean

Superb

Nice accommodation, close to the beach, simple but clean rooms, hot water in the shower, very friendly staff. Suvi was really helpful. Good cafe with tasty food at the territory of the guesthouse.

Wi fi could be faster.

when you haven't found anything better at the same price, it's a good choice

Cheap.and room has a balkony.

Dark colours of room, a very old and hard mattress, the bed linen was so dark in color that it was hard to tell when it had been washed. the pillows are very old and wrinkled. far from the center, difficult to find the first time, inconvenient access. in the morning the staff and surrounding dogs start making noise from 7am. so you won't be able to sleep longer

welcoming and homely

the staff and owners were amazing, they couldn’t have been more helpful when we found ourselves without a room late at night, we had great chats with the family and can’t wait to go back again!

I enjoyed it

Great location - 2 minutes walking to the beach.The staff is very friendly and ready to help. Accomodation was simple but clean and had balcony. Restaurant is a little cheaper then others and variet and quality and taste were good. Cozy place. I enjoyed it

My room was a little small but clean. Very good shower with hot water. The guest house is near a good part of the beach. Several restaurants and shops all around.

Pleasant stay with friendly connection to the owners and staff. I felt heard and seen and welcomed!

The family and staff were very helpful and attentive to my needs. I came with few requests and they always tried to find a way how to support me! first I was in old house where the Wi-Fi is not strong and the rooms quite small and then I moved to the front house which has a balcony and good internet and comfortable bed. I stayed longer and this nice room was really good to return to. The restaurant is also amazing, great food and staff. I would recommend this place and will be happy to come back again

The older building has bad internet connection and quite dark small rooms.

It's a nice place. Several buildings, situated around something like a little square with palm trees, including a restaurant. The buildings have a different age and with that different standards. I guess the different categories they offer depend on the building. The beach is very close. The restaurant is nice, sometimes it was quite full of people.

I was on the ground floor, and the balcony is not really a balcony. It is the space from where to access your room. Other people walk through. Wifi works well in the common areas, not really in my room. So I found it difficult so find a quiet spot for online calls.

Great location, food and value for money.

Value for money, close to the beach, and great food make this place a great place to stay if you are not looking to spend lots of money. The staff is friendly, the food is good and not expensive, location is great. 2 mins to the beach and lots of great places to eat and relax nearby.

Considering the price, everything was perfect. Sandy vibe and true feel of Goa.

excellent location and friendly helpful staff. excellent restaurant with good reasonably priced dishes and good variety.

rooms were clean but basic which is commensurate with the price. my only problem was with a rather hard thin mattress which could be an issue for a long stay, but my request for a thicker second pillow was dealt with immediately.

A good location - That's it.

The location was good - close to the beach and a nice restaurant/cafe on the same site. Also good wifi (but not in the rooms)

The place was ridiculously over priced for a bad quality room. I am not a picky traveller but we were in the 'old' buildings and this meant the room felt forgotten about. The toilet sprays water every time you flush it. The sink outside the bathroom doesn't work and the other tap the water srapys everywhere. Really poor qualty for a very over priced room. Very disappointed.

The time I’ve spent there was really great

Very nice place, the coolest administrator ever and polite personal. Good restaurant on the territory, not expensive. The sea is near guesthouse - 2 minutes by walk.

Good location but the worst staff

Location

Behaviour of people running the property. The online booked seaview room was given to a foreigner overnight and we were asked to settle down for another room, which we agreed. Then they gave the confirmed room again to other foreigners and asked us to settle with the room at the back of the building OR cancel (at 11am of the Christmas morning). It was threatening , unfair, very rude, corrupted with the single vision to cash in high from the guests for the Season ! I give 0 points to this property for the screaming, racist and cheating behaviour of Vaibhav.
