GROUND LEVEL (Main Living Area + 1Br/1Ba + 2 Patios)
The main front entry will lead you to a wonderful open floorplan main living area. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen overlooks the living/dining area & features sleek quartz counters, high-end stainless steel Viking brand appliances, cabinets galore, & bar seating for 3. Coffee Lovers we have you covered with a French Press, Nespresso machine, & drip coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with expansive table for 8-10 people as well as the living room that is complete with a cozy gas fireplace -- perfect for those cool winter nights – plush sofa sectional, 82” Samsung SMART TV that will blow you away, & Sonos speaker system throughout the ground & third levels for playing your favorite tunes.

Fully retractable pocket sliding glass doors will lead you to a spacious outdoor patio with seating for 6 & BBQ…the perfect spot for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening or a morning coffee. You will also find a coastal chic bedroom on this level, complete with a King bed, curved Samsung TV, & modern folding accordion doors that lead to an exclusive patio with seating surrounding a fire pit. 1 full bath (surround shower) is also located off the hallway.

Stairs will lead you the second level that features our spacious master retreat. You will be California dreaming when you sleep in the 2nd bedroom on this level, which boasts an adult Full size bunk bed crafted by Restoration Hardware, mounted Samsung SMART TV, lounge chair by Pottery Barn, & ensuite bath (tub/shower combo).

Next you'll have a nautical-inspired bedroom with Queen bed, ensuite bath (surround shower), Samsung SMART TV, & sliding glass doors that lead to your private front-facing deck. Rounding out this level is a full-size Samsung side x side washer/dryer with steam option.

THIRD LEVEL (1Br Sky Loft + 2 Outdoor Spaces + Wet Bar + Peloton)
A second flight of stairs will lead you to the third level sky loft space, the ideal spot to soak up the San Diego sun & beautiful city + ocean views (*note this is a loft space with no door off the stairway). “Where the locals hang!” Our home is located in a beautiful family friendly area of North Pacific Beach. Just 2 blocks to a swim/surf-friendly ocean, white sandy beaches, and killer local eateries with everything from breakfast to dessert to after-hours cocktails!

Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and entertainment along Cass St & Turquoise St. Some of our favorite eateries include Java Earth Café (coffee & pastries!), including Oscar's Mexican Seafood, Leilani's Hawaiian cuisine, Fig Tree Café (brunch!), The Fishery fine dining, Bareback Burger (grass fed meat!), & Second Nature bar/organic eatery to name a few. Also just a few blocks to Gelson's grocery market.

Within walking distance of a Yoga Studio & Beach Yoga at Law St park, Enjoy kayaking or stand up paddle boarding, jogging/walking/biking up and down the Boardwalk that starts just a couple blocks from our house! A quick Uber ride or bike ride will get you to Garnet Ave & further along to Mission Beach, featuring more bars and entertainment + Belmont Park's big dipper coaster and all new Plunge pool. • GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.

I would highly recommend this house. It was big, the location was perfect, it housed and slept our entire group, the rooftop balcony was awesome, and we enjoyed our time. This is just a friendly FYI, not a knock on the house because it was perfect: The neighborhood is very quiet. The houses are very close together. This is NOT a place where you will be loud into the night. We had plenty of fun at the house and would stumble back late without issue; but I don't recommend planning to party at this house. It's not that type of house or location. You'll love how clean and big it is though.

That was the comment of our 15 year old granddaughter. The house is perfect. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, great kitchen, and easily accommodated our extended family of 11, ages 8 to 80. Beach and great restaurants within easy walking distance. Lovely outdoor areas for lounging. Very comfy beds. Just perfect. We are hoping to return next summer.

This house is beautiful and has all the amenities you need. Excellent space with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. The beds were very comfy with nice linen. Location is decent, 10 min walk to get to the portion of the beach we liked most. The outdoor spaces are excellent but in need of some cleaning. Overall great, would stay again.

The house was spotlessly clean, and even better than the photos. We were 8 adults and 6 kids from 13 to 5. The flow of the downstairs space, with the opening of the patio doors, was awesome and created a space that was comfortable for everyone. There was a lot of gathering inside to watch the Euros, and less interested parties gathered around the table on the lovely patio. The patio was always comfortable with the large sun shade and the cool San Diego temperatures. The kitchen was well stocked, with every needed appliance. The milk frother was a fun feature! We found the Law Street beach the best for the kiddos, especially nice for boogie boarding. Lots of good takeout nearby - great seafood tacos, pizza and In n Out. Von’s was good for basic groceries. By the end of the stay, the packing of beach supplies into the car was perfected. It was a bit of a trek to the beach, but that doesn’t detract from this very special home. We highly recommend it!

Our stay was to celebrate and commemorate our 50th anniversary. My wife grew up in San Diego, I met her at MCRD, and we were married in North Park in the church her father pastored for more than 15 years. I also lived in Pacific Beach for over a year. We were very comfortable in the house and found the information about it to be very accurate. We were a party of 8 so we had plenty of room to move about and to have suitable privacy. One of the special things we did was to have a local chef make and serve dinner one evening. We dined in the patio space between the house and garage. With the lovely landscaping surrounding us, we were in a private setting and very comfortable. The space was also close enough to the kitchen for convenient service by the chef and his assistant. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was convenient for the beach, for travel to Petco, Sea World, the harbor and just about any other place we ventured to. It was a special occasion and we found the California Dreaming house to be special as well.
