Casa Suenos del Mar is a beautiful combination of traditional Mexican charm, inspired architectural elements and modern luxury. Designed and built by a renowned local architect, the villa won awards for best single family home design. The villa was lovingly renovated in 2019 with interior design by Gasca Disenos, all new furniture and furnishings, custom artwork, and a host of modern conveniences including Lutron lighting, Sonos sound system, electronic locks, and more.
You will enjoy total privacy in this secluded villa just minutes from Los Muertos Beach and the Romantic Zone. The villa has over 6500 sf of interior living space and an indoor/outdoor feel throughout. The 3500 sf terrace offers sweeping views of the Banderas Bay, Marietas Islands, and downtown Puerto Vallarta, a private heated pool and jacuzzi, luxurious lounge chairs, oversized umbrellas providing plenty of shade, and two outdoor dining areas, all in a secluded jungle environment. The villa is located in a gated community with private security.
The villa has four bedrooms, all of which have large en-suite bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have King beds, and the fourth has two single beds that can be converted to a King. The giant master bedroom has a king bed, den with a queen sleeper sofa, panoramic views, and a private balcony. The Casita bedroom has king bed, charming sunken sitting area, and floor to ceiling windows offering a stunning bay and jungle view which is perfect for watching the ships as they move about the bay. The Jungle bedroom has a king bed, sitting area, and huge wrap-around windows offering jungle and bay views. The Tower bedroom has two single beds (convertible to a king), sitting area and garden views. All bedrooms have a TV and luxury linens.
The villa offers plenty of entertainment options, including a game room with a pool / ping pong table, English language streaming US channels, streaming services like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, Sonos speakers throughout the villa, and a heated pool / jacuzzi. TV’s are located in each bedroom, the living room, and the game room. A variety of card and board games are also available.
You will be totally pampered by our staff including daily maid service, private chef, houseman. The staff works a full day Monday through Friday and half a day on Saturday, with Sunday off. Your stay includes two consecutive meals per day (Breakfast/Lunch or Lunch/Dinner) Monday through Saturday. Breakfast is served around 9 am, Lunch is served around 1 pm, and Dinner is served around 7 pm. A third meal and service on Sunday are available for a fee. Generally, all guests will be served the same thing for each meal although accommodations can be made for specific dietary or allergy restrictions. Food and beverage costs are not included and will be reimbursed in cash during your stay.

We stayed here for our husbands 40th birthdays. There were six of us and the entire trip was magical. Edgar the chef made amazing food. He took any request and elevated it. It was better than anything we could have thought up. It truly was a 5 star dining experience everyday. Margarita and Alberto took care of us everyday. The house / our rooms were always clean, snacks and drinks were constantly being offered. They were so kind and helpful. Jorge made fantastic drinks! He would use fresh fruit and add in his own flair. We were always excited to see him. The house…. Perfect. Everyone had their own large bedroom and attached bathroom. We had our own space but also a couple beautiful gathering spots that were perfect for game nights. We travel together often and this trip had us saying “wow” each and everyday. They set up excursions and offered ideas and fun things to do around town. The owner is also wonderful to communicate with. Everything was so easy and we felt relaxed and grateful. We will absolutely be back.

We had a great time at the villa. The place was very easy to relax by the pool, family room or in the separately placed bedrooms. The staff was amazing and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were well cleaned daily by Margarita and the cooking by Edgar was incredible. Plus the margaritas Alberto made were a big hit. Would definitely go back in the future.

We stayed here for a week to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary and our experience could not have been better. Jeff is quick to respond to messages, the staff is amazing and took great care of us and the home itself is fabulous! Beautiful property, well maintained and exactly as pictured. Special thanks to Edgar, our chef, who prepared delicious meals all week but also made a beautiful anniversary dinner for my parents. Don’t hesitate to book this property it’s absolutely fantastic!

Our stay was amazing. The house is beautiful with all the comfort you need to have a relaxing stay. Plenty of space for a family of 10. Rooms are all suite style with their own bathrooms and living space. Pool and common areas are clean and spacious. The staff was the best part of all. They are friendly and accommodating. Always willing to attend all our needs. Looking forward to coming back soon!

This property was truly amazing. The photos accurately resembled the actual house, which was nice. It comfortably fit our family of 9 with ages ranging from 10 to 67. Felt incredibly safe our entire stay. A short Uber ride to downtown and shuttles to and from the airport.
The most amazing part of our stay was the staff. Alberto, Margarita and Edgar were always so sweet and were always trying to make sure we had whatever we needed at anytime. Edgar the chef was totally AMAZING! We basically left it up to him what to serve/ cook for all our meals. In addition to everything being so tasty, he always accommodated our 10 year old with an egg allergy and our 11 year old that recently got braces. Kids and adults alike had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed every meal and our stay as a whole! Will definitely come back. 5 stars for sure.

This was our first time renting a private property that comes with a chef and other staff.
It was amazing and exceded all our expectations!
The property is beautifull and there were no details spared, from the design to the amenities.
We loved the pool and hottub and appreciated the ability for each couple to retreat to their own rooms.
The rooms were all spacious and stunning in their own way.

We highly recommend Casa Suenos del Mar. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of PV below. Close enough for a quick visit or meal but a true haven of peace, birds, endless ocean views and whale watching to retreat to.

The house is exactly as described and is located in a beautiful residential area up a steep hill. The house is big enough for eight adults to enjoy some quiet time or be social around the pool. As others have noted, the house staff is outstanding. We arrived on a Sunday late in the afternoon , normally their day off, but were greeted by the entire staff with a snack and margaritas. Before they departed, they made sure we had everything we needed for a wonderful first night at the house. We hope to return next year to see are new friends and enjoy such a beautiful place.

Last year we stayed at Casa Suenos del Mar, and had an amazing family vacation. For the next 50 weeks we were counting down the days to our next visit, and when we did not think it could get any better, this year it superseded not only last years' experience but all our expectations.
From the moment we entered the house and were met by the fabulous staff, Edgar the Chef, Miguel the mixologist, Margarita the housekeeper and Alberto the House Manager, it was like coming home and seeing one's family again.
Because we knew of Edgar's amazing cuisine, we only made outside dinner reservations for one evening. because we did not want to miss any of Edgar's dishes. From his amazing Mexican cuisine for some of the breakfasts, lunches or dinners to the fabulous rissotto's to the freshest lobsters, octopus and shrimps for an out of this world seafood barbecue.
The spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and the magnificent sunsets were complemented by the impeccable service and attention to detail. Every request was always met with a smile and the execution was flawless.
The house is lovingly cared for and always spotless, from the game room to each of the bedrooms to the fabulous, well stocked kitchen and bar to the comfortable living room, no detail was spared.
Every bedroom suite provides a distinct level of privacy yet the common areas are great for family gathering.
And of course, it was great to again spend time on a yacht with a great crew. Miguel can arrange reservations for anyone staying at the house. Our family snorkeled, swam, saw whales, manta rays and sea turtles swimming alongside our boat. The crew was outstanding.
We are already planning and counting the days to our next stay at Casa Suenos del Mar, to make it a trifecta !

We had a great stay for my wife’s 50th birthday. We were easily able to coordinate all of our needs before and during our stay with great communication with the owners. The highlight for us was Miguel, Edgar, Margarita, and Alberto. They were great people to be around and we were lucky to have them there with us everyday! From the meals and drinks to the cleanliness of the place we were well taken care of our entire stay. We can’t wait to come back soon!

A week in paradise
What a fabulous place this villa is. Our family felt comfortable and safe at all times. The bedrooms were well-equipped and private from each other. The staff was top-notch. Miguel, Alberto, Margarita and Edgar were personable and pleasant and took great care of us. Edgar, the chef, prepared exquisite meals and honored any requests we made. We spent a lot of time in the pool and the hot tub and enjoyed the ocean views from the entire property. We also enjoyed the variety of birds that visited. It was easy to schedule an Uber for trips to the city and botanical garden. Our stay was memorable in all regards. Thanks to the hosts and staff for the hospitality.

This home is amazing. From the views from all rooms to the most amazing Staff. Edgar is a wonderful chef. Blanca set us up with all transportation and excursions. Alberto, Margarita and Miguel were so fun and attentive. We have already booked it for next year.

Way Beyond Expectations
From the reservation process, Jeff and Tim, the owners were so accomodating and understanding of our needs, to the first moment we stepped into this beautiful villa everything was perfect. Starting with the elegant but inviting decor, the expansive distribution of the rooms, each with its own personality and privacy, the drop dead view of the ocean and Bay, the beautiful Infiniti pool that was perfectly heated to our taste, the grounds and amazing trees, flowers and plants, and all of this beauty supported by tremendous technology. Speakers everywhere, great TV's, although we were too busy taking everything in to watch much TV.
Now for the "Piece de Resiatance", the staff, from Edgar the Chef, who can literally make anything one would ask for and make it better than any restaurant! We actually canceled most our reservations once we experienced his "haute cuisine", the presentations of each meal worthy of a 5 star restaurant!
Miguel, who was able to accommodate just about any request we had, from vans to transfer all of us to a Mariachi Band to come to the villa so I could surprise my family on our last night in Paradise. His drinks were better than any mixologist, including his fresh hibiscus margaritas, by Mid week he became Uncle Miguel to my one year old grandson, he was so caring and gentle with him. Alberto was always ready to meet our needs, making the perfect coffees in the morning to keeping the villa immaculate along with Margarita who would make up the bedrooms so quickly yet have time to make a flower from the facial tissues bringing a smile each time we walked into our rooms.
For over 20 years our family has stayed at Villas all over the world and this vacation rates as one of the top five in our book of amazing experiences. Run don't walk to reserve this amazing villa, where you will have a lifetime of memories !

WOW! Breathtaking does not even capture the magic of this place.
I don't even know where to begin! Casa Sueños del Mar was magical. The stunning views of the bay, the welcoming pool, exceptional staff, gorgeous layout and proximity to all Puerto Vallarta has to offer. When we walked through the doors on the first day and were greeted by Alberto, Margarita and Mario we felt immediately at home. The house is spacious, laid out well and each of us felt relaxed and at ease. We spent most of your time at the house in the pool, drinking Alberto's margaritas or feasting on Mario's gourmet food. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and at the same time blended into the experience. They were all very friendly and Mario's food is exceptional. Every meal he made for us was amazing! I can't say enough about the entire experience, including renting the yacht for the day to explore the bay and have lunch. Stay here and bask in true beauty and relaxation! Thanks Jeff and Tim, we will be back!
