Sunshine Daydream at Caribbean Paradise #29

Come unwind in the comforting amenities of “Sunshine Daydream”, a spacious 1,450 square-foot, 2-bedroom, 2-story condo situated on 600+ feet of gorgeous private white-sand beach in the South Sound. This property boasts beautiful views of the oceans/beach- great for morning sunrise or an afternoon sunset strolls.  This is the place to get away from it all and take in more of Cayman’s beautiful beaches while being a stone’s throw from Seven Mile.

The South Sound area is known by Cayman residents as a tranquil and luxurious part of the island. The condo complex is intimate and quiet with excellent amenities including wreck snorkelling directly off its reef-protected beach, a large pool with an ocean view, and a private tennis court.  5 min drive to the gourmet grocery store, dive shops, waterfront restaurants, and additional snorkelling sites.  7-10 min drive to Seven Mile Beach area. 10 mins from the airport.

Overview: 1450 square feet of living space spread over 2 levels (2nd and 3rd floors of building) in a small, private condo community. One of the few beachfront condo properties in South Sound, surrounded by larger, luxurious private homes.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with en-suite full bathrooms.  In the master, a King bed with super comfy, a new premium mattress, and a TV with Amazon Fire Stick.  In the guest bedroom, comfy queen bed, plus a fold-out ottoman to accommodate a child/extra sleeper.

Downstairs: Family room (that includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa), dining area, kitchen, and spacious ½ bath downstairs.  55” Television in Family Room with Amazon Fire Stick and DVD player with a HUGE movie collection.

Exterior: 2 Large Balconies with seating & side tables.  Ocean and Pool Views so you can relax from the privacy of your room.

Outdoors: 600+ feet of Private Beach in front of the property - this is truly a gem in the area, as you are not disturbed by anyone except an occasional handful of other property owners on the beach!  A large salt-water pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a view of the ocean.  Also, a shipwreck from the 1850s is right out front for great snorkelling in reef-protected waters.  A kayak is available for use with the condo at no charge.  Private Tennis Courts are across the street (we have rackets & balls inside the condo).  Also… don’t miss stargazing at night - Orion hovers over our private beach nearly all year and is a striking site to see!

Nearby:  Many Attractions including Snorkeling, Diving, and Fine Restaurants – many within 5-7 minutes like amazing Indian Food at Sunset House, renowned SCUBA and snorkelling at Eden Rock Diving, Grand Old House fine dining, and Smith’s Cove snorkelling beach. Hurley’s Gourmet Grocery store is a 5-minute drive as well.
