On the exceptional site of Ploumanac'h (the Pink Rocks) along the Chemin des Douaniers, independent house in a beautiful property with breathtaking views of the sea.
Sea and cove at the bottom of the property. Town center 5 min walk.
Granite character house completely renovated in 2014. Large living space on the ground floor. 4 beds upstairs with bathroom.
Terrace / house with sea view and 6,000m2 garden, parking.
Upstairs a large bedroom of 35m2 with 4 beds separated by a small partition: a 160 bed and two 90 beds
Exit cleaning to be done (otherwise 90 euros taken from the deposit)

Between the garden fence and the coast is only a coastal walking path, no road, so its wonderful quiet during June in Ploumanac'h.
We made long walks and also car exkursions along the rosa coast. Most impressive rocks are right behind the garden: devils castle !

This carriage house sits on its own (semi) private lagoon overlooking the Pink Granite Coast! It is so perfect for those seeking peace and quiet, picturesque views of the sea from both ground floor and master bedroom window. The GR 34 is just outside the secure, fully-fenced property and landscaping is divine. Decorating is tasteful and full of character, appliances work(!), chairs are comfortable and plenty of space to put everything you need. Can't say enough good about the setting or the house. Christian was the perfect host and Gaële communicated frequently and informatively. Recommendations for dining were spot-on, and we would LOVE to come back someday. Ploumanac'h is just paradise!!

Aufenthalt perfekt, jedoch …
Der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Jedoch eine Inventarliste, die den Mietern vorab rechtzeitig geschickt wird, wäre hilfreich. Z. Bsp. Anzahl der Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, Detail der Bettwäsche, Badetücher. Das wäre ein weiterer Schritt zur Perfektion.
An der Unterkunft gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Der grosse Vorteil am Standort des Häuschens ist, dass man - wenn gewünscht - bis zu drei Stunden vor und drei Stunden nach der Masse die Küste geniessen kann. Das Zentrum von Ploumanach ist nur acht Gehminuten entfernt.
Die Entgegennahme und die Abgabe des Objekts ging mit Christophe sympathisch, problemlos und effizient vonstatten. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und löste ein kleines Problem mit der Balkontüre umgehend.

Traumhaus in Traumlage
Wir können uns den begeisterten Schilderungen der anderen Mieter nur anschließen; es ist alles zutreffend. Der Kontakt mit unserem Ansprechpartner Christophe war hervorragend; er war jederzeit für uns da. Auch die kurze Begegnung mit dem Eigentümer war sehr angenehm und freundlich.

Ein nettes Häuschen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in traumhafter ruhiger Lage mit allem, was man braucht.
Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war der Gasherd, der nicht einwandfrei funktionierte. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Séjour très agréable
Le séjour a été réservé pour mes parents dans le cadre d’un cadeau. Ils ont adorés le séjour! Le logement est très bien et le site est exceptionnel. Ils remercient Christophe pour son accueil et son professionnalisme.

Traumhaft gelegenes kleines Haus
Das absolute Highlight ist die Lage des Hauses, direkt an der Küste und am Kopfende eines riesigen Gartengeländes gelegen. Die kleine Holzterrasse lädt beinahe bei jedem Wetter zum Draußensitzen und einfach die Landschaft genießen ein. Im Haus ist alles eine Nummer kleiner und enger als sonst, aber es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es paßt alles. Mit Celine, der Verwalterin war die Kommunikation unkompliziert und gut.

Belle petite maison avec vue imprenable sur les Granit rose. Petit bemole : pour 2 c impeccable mais impossible de dormir à deux couples( pas de porte entre les 2 chambres) . la maison n'est pour moi pas assez bien entretenue ( matelas qui à fait son temps, pomme de douche à detrartrer)robinet de l'évier à changer, beaucoup de poussière à notre arrivée, mais si tout cela serait changer cette maison vaut vraiment le détour.

Schöner geht’s fast nicht
Das kleine Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage am Ende einer Sackstraße mit herrlichem Blick aufs Meer und die roten Granitfelsen.
Es ist gut ausgestattet und optimal für 2 Erwachsene (ev mit 2 Kindern).
Die Begrüßung durch Celine war freundlich, die Begegnung mit der Besitzerin etwas kühl.
Der kleine Strand Pors Rolland liegt direkt vor dem Haus, durch den großen Garten abgetrennt.
Wir haben selten ein schöneres Feriendomizil gefunden!

Lieu hors du temps , rien que le chemin qui mène à la maison vous plonge dans un conte , ici le temps se pose pour se créer un imaginaire, les balades sont un réconfort et la vue un enchantement !

Häuschen unter Palmen mit TOPP-Lage!
Zunächst das Wichtigste: Diese Lage ist in der gesamten Bretagne unschlagbar!
Das Haus liegt nahe Lannion, man fährt durch Perros-Guirec die letzten 300 Meter in eine von Bäumen und Steinwällen umgebene schmale Gasse in eine Sackgasse hinein, mitten drin ein riesiger Findling, der in die Gasse hineinragt, bis man zum Ende an ein mit Hecken und Mauern abgegrenztes wunderschön bewachsenes Grundstück gelangt mit einem Haupthaus im hinteren Teil und diesem Ferienhaus direkt hinter dem Tor gelegen. Das Haus hat nach vorne und nach hinten zur Meerseite hin eine fast vollflächige Verglasung (gut, dass das Grundstück vollständig blickdicht eingefriedet ist) mit einem atemberaubenden Panoramablick durch den tropisch anmutenden Palmengarten auf die pitoreske orange Felsenbucht Pors Roland. Direkt zur Meerseite gelegen ist am Haus eine kleine Holzterrasse, auf der man wunderbar sitzen und genießen kann. Im EG ist ein Raum mit Küche, Eß- und Wohnecke mit TV (nur französisch), sehr (!) kleines WC und Abstellraum. Im OG ist ein Raum mit Doppelbett und durch eine niedrige Mauer getrennt zwei Einzelbetten sowie ein Bad mit Dusche (schön). Einfach und klar eingerichtet, küchenmäßig alles Wichtige vorhanden, wirkt gepflegt, es fehlt aber ein wenig Liebe im Detail. Schlecht: Bei unserem Eintreffen war ein übler Geruch nach Katzenurin im ganzen Haus. Wir mussten gleich durchputzen, sonst wäre der Geruch unerträglich gewesen, haben aber nicht alles wegbekommen.
Die Anbindung an das sehr touristisch anmutende Dorf ist sehr gut. In der Bucht laufen sehr viele andere Touristen am Grundstück entlang, störte uns aber nur am ersten Tag.
Mein Spezial-Tipp: Sushi bei Bo Sushi, 47 Place de l'Hôtel de ville, 22700 Perros-Guirec - außerhalb von Japan eines der besten Sushis super frisch.
Empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne wieder.
