Very good

Clean room Friendly Staff Centrally located between Sandpoint and Ponderay

Would have been nice to have breakfast available They were doing some maintenance on the pool and hot tub so they were not in use, (but was good , because our room was next to the pool, so didn't smell of chlorine) Did have roadwork going on so was a little more difficult entering and exiting the property

Not much. Wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it to others Front desk clerk was very friendly

Old. Mid renovations Not clean Beds and pillows not comfortable Restaurant closed “Bar” was filthy. Ordered food from the bartender who gave the order to a “patron” sitting on a guy’s knee “sharing” a beer. When she looked at the order she told him he better not finish that beer. I canceled my order and left

Super run down, stained bedding, mold on walls and ceiling, smells horrible.

Do not recommend

I got the room there because they had a pool and spa and both were out of service. I wouldn't have got the room if I had know that. It should have been on the site that it was not available. I was very disappointed. The curtains in our room had black mold on them and there was also public hair in the bath tub.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would definitely consider returning in the future

Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The room exceeded my expectations, as it was both spacious and warm, with a comfortable bed and ample storage space. I appreciated the amenities provided, such as the microwave, fridge, and coffee maker, which made my stay all the more enjoyable. The fact that there was also a table for working at the computer was a huge plus for me. One of the highlights of the hotel's location was the nearby 24-hour supermarket, which made it easy to pick up anything I needed at any time of day. Additionally, the two local shuttle stops that would take me to Schweitzer were incredibly convenient and made getting around the area a breeze. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout my stay, which added to the overall positive experience. One thing worth mentioning is that my room was located right next to the front desk, which meant that the wifi connection was excellent and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would definitely consider returning in the future. The price was reasonable and the quality of the accommodations exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and affordable stay in the area.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was enjoyable, but I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. Firstly, I think it would be really beneficial if the hotel offered a transfer service from the airport or train station. While many people in the US have cars, not everyone does, and relying on public transportation can be difficult, especially for those who are not familiar with the area. Offering a transfer service would make it easier for guests to get to the hotel and would be a welcome addition. During my stay, there was also a minor issue with the shower - the handle fell off. However, I was pleased to see that the hotel staff were quick to resolve the problem, and it was fixed promptly. While this was a small issue, it was great to see that the staff were attentive and responsive to any problems that arose.

Good location. Reasonable price. Time will tell in regards to updates

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great for access to the lake or ski hill. Check in was easy.......there are no elevators so if you are lugging ski gear......beware!

The hotel is in the process of remodeling/new owners - it is an outdated building with an indoor pool that has a rather permeating smell

Disappointing

Close by to where we needed to go to middle and high school for volleyball tourments

Walls where very thin had people next door to us they came back to there room after bar hours very loud in there room kept us awake we had to be up at 5:30 am so granddaughter could play in volleyball tourment she was very tired all day at her game because we couldn't sleep because of people in next room other than that it was fine.

The heater was very quiet and didn't click on and off all night. Well insulated from outside noise so good and quiet all night. Very good staff. Still pretty good for the price

Newly aquired so still remodeling, I think. No lights by bed for reading at night. No chairs in room for sitting, just the beds. No window to the outside world, just to the hallway.

Wish I had cancelled.

Leaving it.

Grim unloved motel. Thin walls. Noisy. Wi-Fi was down for 2 days. Daily pet fee charge, way too expensive! Front desk was not helpful. Very depressing place to stay. I wish I hadn’t spent my hard earned money on this motel.

It's ok!

Location is good. The beds are comfortable

No internet (wifi not connected). After we called to fix it, the wifi was totally gone until we checked out. The pool is not working or there is no water
