Чудесна локация в центъра на града, приветлив и усмихнат домакин, наличието на гараж. Мястото е нова сграда и се виждаше, че има живот в нея. Новите мебели, доброто наличие на контакти и приятния дизайн ни помогнаха да се отпуснем и да се почувастваме добре, въпреки няколко напрегнати момента.

В банята открих хлебарка, или ние я бяхме размазали с вратата или е била там. Освен това мопът за забърсване беше малко амортизиран и гнусничък. Леглата бяха с пружини, които като се намествах посред нощ се чуваха. Знаех, че няма балкон, затова това няма да го посоча като минус.

the room is clean and includes everything you need during the stay👍🏻there is kettle and instant coffee for free. Location is central and silent . It is like home 🏡

all good little things could be improved: second plate and maybe 2 bowls would be great. Maybe a dish towel would be great too.

Good central location

Really good location, right in the centre. Staff that we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, very spacious and comfortable with modern furniture. Plenty of electric sockets around the room. Was very useful having a fridge, a kettle and crockery. Secure underground parking was good, although we struggled to work the remote control!

While the room itself is very spacious, the bathroom is quite small, everything gets drenched when you shower, the floor stayed wet for quite some time, you needed to make sure you only used the bathroom with bare feet afterwards, supplying a mop would have been useful. The bathroom sink is very small with a large mixer tap over, which made it difficult to brush your teeth or wash your face without spilling water over the floor and yourself. While it was useful having crockery and cutlery, the only place to wash these was in the very small bathroom sink, not an easy task! Would also be a good idea to supply a cloth or sponge to be able to clean up the kitchen area and for washing the dishes.

Wonderful place to stay in this city.

Location is excellent. Nice huge parks arround. Very well maintained new building. Rooms are very clean and nicely furnished. Fast and reliable wifi. Nice secured underground parking.

Bathroom sink is a bit small, but this is not a big deal.

Clean, Modern, in city

Loaction was great. Right in the heart of Kardzhali. Facilites were clean and modern. Host came right away to fix only problem I had which was with Wifi. Definitely recommend.

Floor was cold, could have had some carpets on the floor.

Nice size room with afternoon sunshine!!

Wonderful park next to complex. Quiet. Clean area in apartment and inside the building. Felt safe.

Could have used a few more towels, mop for shower, extra pillows and blankets.

Quite good for the money.

The place was clean, cozy and quiet. The location is convenient, there are shops nearby.The staff was nice.

It was very difficult to find from whom to get the key and there was no information where is the enterence.

Parking a car around during day is really uneasy, no problem to park close to the place during nights and evenings

Spacious and clean.

There were kitchen-like facilities at a first glance, but no sink or microwave or stove, or oven. there were plates and cutleries. On a very small washbasin in the bathroom which was super uncomfortable to use for washing hands or face or teeth, forget about the cups or plates. It is a closed residential complex, rooms have a view on the main street or inner yard (we booked two rooms with two different views), Otherwise spacious and clean.

A Great Evening in Kurdzali

Central location and exceptional cleanliness. Our host was super friendly, communicative, and helpful - she even waited for us as we had problems with our car and helped us park. Thank you!

Good

Good location, quiet, comfortable bed. There wasn't breakfast. Check-in went well.

The description of the listing said that there'd be safe, indoor parking, but there wasn't-- I was across the street in a store's parking lot. The heater was a hassle to get working, and I didn't have any hot water when I tried to shower.
