Wonderful location,very clean and spacious. However there were no cushions for the outside chairs. House sleeps 10-12 but dinning room table only seats 8. No electric kettle and like previous guests we dealt with coffee makers that were unreliable or not working.

Beautiful home and the perfect location to trails, shuttle parking and stores!!! Beds were very comfortable - kitchen stocked well enough for us since we didn’t want to cook anything. Two coffee pots though the drip didn’t work very well so having the Keurig also available was perfect!

The property was wonderful for our group of 7. The kitchen had everything we needed to have great meals while we were at Roadrunner Lodge. Dining room table was so valuable to us for meals and gathering. Location was outstanding for stores and restaurants convenience. We could get to hiking places and shopping too with ease. The sun in the morning was breathtaking on the rock formations and the light flooded the front room. Yum.Yum. Thank you for the labels on lights and kitchen drawers.

This house is very nice with a large upstairs common, dining and kitchen area—very open floor plan with lovely views. The only drawback is that the upstairs 2nd bedroom does not have direct access to a tub or shower. Those guests must go directly through the master bedroom to get to the full bath. They also do not have a closet so must use the master bedroom’s to hang their clothes—inconvenient. I think the 2nd bedroom was originally built as an office or study—not a bedroom. Downstairs was great for the overflow guests. The third bedroom is a nice size with a sliding door to the driveway—great for loading/unloading. The large seating area has a tv, gas fireplace, and a bunk bed in the corner. There is also a full bath, laundry room and another small bedroom with an additional bunk. The downstairs area does not have central heating but utilizes a baseboard heating system that can get quite hot—be careful with small children. The home was clean and ready when we arrived. It is also very convenient to restaurants, groceries, and trails. Although the floor plan has its quirks, this house made a great home base for my family. Enjoy!

Family had a great time. Good for a growing family with littles. I’d only add better seating on the main floor. Really only a small couch and a chair. Not enough when you think of the amount of beds offered. We had to separate on different floors to be comfortable. Couldn’t really all watch TV together. Perfect dinner table size though. Also not really good outdoor space for littles either. They had to play on the deck but overall very nice home.

Nice relaxing clean property. Properly stocked. Close to town to enjoy what Sedona has to offer. NOTE: Steep stairs to get inside the house and downstairs so probably not the best for elders that have issues with stairs. But nice rooms on the main floor so once inside they would be fine. A girl's weekend was in order for me and my sisters following a busy holiday season. This property was perfect for the three of us. The kitchen was well-appointed, and well-stocked--we had everything we needed and then some. Moreover, the home was exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the location couldn't be better. I've booked vacation rentals for nearly 15 years and this home was by far the best to date. Book it without hesitation.

Had an excellent 4 night stay at the house with a group there for mountain biking. The property is well kept, has a fully-stocked kitchen, and excellent indoor and outdoor living spaces. Close to trailheads and groceries. Would definitely rent again.
