DETAILS: Fabulous new construction in Seacrest, just a block from the Gulf! This stunning 3-story home features 8 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms that sleep a total of 24 guests, making it ideal for multiple families. Enjoy the use of a private, fenced-in pool, grilling area, and 8 complimentary adult bikes with each stay to cruise along 30A's bike path.
Inside, the entryway establishes the house's style with modern, white-washed decor and rustic wooden beams on the ceiling throughout. A wet bar and living area open up to the pool deck with sliding doors. There is also a secondary living area and the first bedroom on this floor containing 2 twin-over-twin bunks and has a shared bathroom with a shower and tub combination.
The second floor is the focal point of the home. The living room opens up to an oversized chef's kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, a Wolf Range 6-burner gas cooktop, designer cabinetry, marble countertops and island, and a sparkling backsplash. There is seating for 8 at the dining table and 3 at the island. Plenty of natural light shines throughout the living room and features a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and access to a spacious balcony overlooking the Gulf. There are 3 guest rooms, 2 featuring king beds and private bathrooms, and the other has 2 sets of twin bunks with a shared bathroom and shower only.
Upstairs, there are 4 more bedrooms, including a primary suite. A separate living area with a flat-screen TV, workplace, kitchenette, and a balcony with a staircase leads up to the best Gulf views in the entire house on the observation deck. The primary bedroom has sliding doors to the balcony, a private bathroom with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and double vanity. The sixth and seventh bedrooms have king beds and private bathrooms as well. There is one more bunk room down the hall with 2 sets of twin bunks and a shared bathroom. There is room for everyone to relax comfortably and enjoy the amenities. It's located just steps from the beach and is a short walk to Alys Beach.
