Repetiriamos sin duda

Ubicación inmejorable, limpio y con aire acondicionado, para pasar la noche ideal y muy recomendable

De las dos habitaciones que reservamos una de ellas daba la calle principal y era ruidosa. Hay escaleras para llegar al alojamiento, aunque para nosotros esto no supuso un problema.

Très bien placé, idéal en hôtel étape, joli déco mais si vous cherchez le calme ce n’est pas adapté.

Très bien placé; bonne communication avec le personnel même si nous ne les avons jamais croisé. Récupération des clefs facile. Très bien placé et joliment décoré !

Aucune isolation phonique entre les chambres, c’est bien simple on entendait le voisin ronfler, les canalisations, l’eau couler etc etc !!

Gerne wieder!

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum vom Como und alles in der Stadt ist sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Zimmer ruhig.

Personne a 9 h le matin pour Check out. Mettre la clé et la taxe de séjour dans une boîte !! Et surtout heureusement que j’ai anticipé ouvrir la porte extérieure avant de déposer la clef

Sehr schöne Lage.

Sehr zentrale Lage,schönes Zimmer.Bad ,etwas klein , aber sehr schön.Elena ist sehr nett gewesen. In dem Zimmer war zuerst nur 1 Stuhl gestanden, hab sie gefragt, daß wir noch 1 bräuchten, war kein Problem gewesen. Tochter hat für uns dieses Unterkunft gebucht.

Esszimmertisch wäre gut gewesen, damit man zu zweit etwas essen kann. Bett,etwas hart.

Bizarre hotel room

Location in downtown Como, cleanliness, comfy bed, hostess was cheery and very welcoming.

Most bizarre hotel room I've ever been in (# 7). Elevator up 1 floor, stairways up 2 floors, we were in an area that seems to be an attic. The landing outside our room had 2 hazards, small steps that were not obvious over which we tripped, and a low level beam across the landing between the stairs and our room. I hit it at least twice. The room itself had another low level beam across and a sloping ceiling down to less than 5'. Bumped into the beam 2-3 times, 1/3 of the room is unusable as it is beyond the beam and under the sloping ceiling. Basically unsafe. Windows, but no view other than roofs of other buildings.

It was ideally located near both station and town centre for my purposes (I was en route by train from southern Italy back to UK). Very comfortable and well appointed - just a shame I couldn’t have stayed longer.

Perfect time at Lake Como.

The hostess is phenomenal. She went out of her way in every regard. She truly cares about her guests and is on call 24/7. It's like a personal concierge. The location is perfect. Right in the middle of everything you come to Como for: the lake,the food.the funicular. Walkable from the train, buses, and taxi stand. Shopping is just around the corner. Clean rooms, reasonable rates. What more can you ask for? Highly recommended from these world travelers!

Prime location, great value!

Location was amazing! Dead center of como and about a block away from the lake side. Ioy a 5 minute walk from the train station (Como Lago). It was clean and comfortable. Good value for the price.

Some details of the room was a bit outdated. But still great value for the price.

Everything was great, location, cleanness, etc.

Very minor, but I hit myself a few times with the ceiling given how low it was. Other than that, everything else was great!

Very good

Staff were friendly and I was able to contact and speak to them with ease. The room and location was ideal! A stones throw away to an area full of places to eat and drink. A great location and a delishiois gelato place right next door. I would recommend this place.

The only down side I would comment on is that the walls are thin. I could clearly hear the other guests, on my floor of 3 rooms, come and go. Sometimes it was very late and it felt like they were in my room. The shower gel/shampoo were small sachets so I had to buy some from the local supermarket.

great position but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

location was great - close to train station and ferry with many restaurants and shops right on doorstep. very clean

pillows too hard, couldn’t open shutters on windows as central courtyard with neighbours able to see right into room. also didn’t provide enough soap or toilet paper for our 4 night stay we ended up buying ourselves as didn’t refresh each day. also didn’t refresh extra tea/coffee bags.

Very friendly staff. Great location.

Paperthin walls; could hear the entire conversation of the people next to us at 06.00. Also heard them having sex at 0630. I'm sure my t.v. and own sex the night before disturbed them as well. So, had it coming I suppose.

Amazing rooms, well located and cute, and a perfect host!

Elena, the host, is incredible : she has been so attentionate the entire time, she is totally available and always helpful. The room is exactly similar as the pictures on the website, it is clean, and super well located, in the very heart of Como, 30sec to the lake! We really enjoyed our stay.

Walls are thin but it has absolutely not been a problem.

Superb

The hostess is adorable: the warm welcoming with complimentary bottles of Prosecco, daily cleaning. We so enjoyed our staying there. Best location (10 minutes by feet to the railway station, 3 minute the the lake). Perfect accommodation for a couples, I think.
