On the first floor you will find a family room with electric fireplace, comfortable sofas, and TV with surround sound. The perfect area to enjoy family movie night. The kitchen is fully equipped to handle just about any cooking need and is open to the living room / dining room area of the first floor. Through the back you can step out onto the patio and private pool area great for soaking in the Florida sun.
Moving up to the second floor you will find additional sitting area overlooking the family room and second bedroom with queen size bed. Just another half a floor up, you find the master suite furnished with queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms, living room, and family room have TV's and wireless internet is accessible throughout the property.

This property was great! We enjoyed our stay so much. It was very conveniently located close to the village and the beach! The pool was great for kids! Again, we had such a great time, and the property was perfect for us!

Just as described. Close to beach access #2 and to village. Property was immaculate (including the pool which is always an issue with rentals). We really enjoyed it and will likely return! Since nothing is perfect, the washing machine is very corroded and I was fearful of cutting my hands with it, owners should consider a replacement. But this is a very minor thing that would not prevent me from returning. Keep it up!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We booked last minute and thought it was great. Great location to restaurants and shops. Only thing that could improve would be beach chairs and wagon. Other than that overall great stay for our family !

Our family stayed at this property in June 2023, it was our third visit to Siesta Key and we've stayed in a different place each time.
This townhome has everything you could want: plenty of room, nice furniture, an updated kitchen and our kids definitely loved the private pool! It's not huge, but the water is pleasantly warm.
The village is literally steps away, it only takes a couple of minutes and you're in the middle of shops and restaurants. The beach is a little further, but still about 10 minutes or less by foot. There were chairs and other beach items in the garage, as well as a nice wagon which was very helpful getting to the beach.
We love going to Siesta Key, it's one of our favorite beaches. We have no complaints about this property, and would stay there again.

This was third time we rented this property and we like it. Cleanliness, management and property are excellent.
There are some things to improve: more bath towels, more glasses and coffee mugs.
Beach equipment is in bad shape, only two worn out chairs and broken sun umbrellas.
If all this is replaced or improved, it would be full five star property.

The property is very nice. Location is a 10/10. The village is steps away and beach access #7 is a short walk. We opted for a golf cart rental for the week to and from the beach as well as the south village. The beach took 2 minutes max to get there on the cart. The only complaint was the air conditioner. The upstairs bedrooms were very hot during our stay. Clearly this has been documented previously as there were additional small fans in the room but overall fix would be a second unit/zone. We did visit in August one of the hottest months of the year but otherwise the house was amazing.

This townhouse was perfect for our family vacation in Siesta Key. Neat, clean, well decorated, a pool, gas grill, all the amenities you needed. Additionally, the village was a couple of blocks away with excellent restaurants and shopping, and the best beaches in the US were also within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

You eill not go wrong at this property that has an overall bohemian tropical theme. The property is well cared for and offers a private space vlose too all that siesta keys has to offer. It is literally right around the corner and walking distance to everything. The pool took some time to heat up but qas small enough for a small group. The owners offer extra towels and beach gear such as chairs and umbrellas. Some of it is unusable and likely left bh prior renters. This is a smaller property unlike some of the newer and more modern homes. Thhe televisions are all set for roku or are smart tvs. if you font have the patience to figure them out you will lilelg not watch tv during yoir stay. Go!!! You will enjoy it.

Great property!
This is a fabulous property! Close to the Village - 3 minute walk and to Beach Access 7 - 10 minute walk! It should be known there is NO light in the pool and the property owners do this so you will not swim past dusk. It was extremely disappointing for us, and with that we didn’t use the pool at all. You’ll hear several other properties surrounding you that are having fun in the evenings at their pool. We had enough bedding and an over abundance of towels. All the appliances work great. The owners suite bathroom sink drains slows, but that’s a secondary issue. The bathrooms were stocked with anything you might forget. Shampoo conditioner, an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, foil, baggies, etc etc etc. the house has been updated. The one car garage is unusable. It’s holding furniture. The garage has kites, a wagon and some pool/ocean toys for your family.
It’s a property we’ll return to soon!

Sweet March Vaca
We thoroughly enjoyed this property. Property manager was very helpful. Loved the easy checkin and checkout.
Very clean. We slept very well on the excellent mattresses. Loved the wonderful grill that we used several times to cook our dinners. Also, appreciated the dusk to dawn front lighting as neighborhood Street lights are non-existent. We loved the fairly quiet neighborhood and its closeness to beach, restaurants, shopping and wonderful walking along Canal Street.
Our only complaint was that we would have enjoyed more cable channels such as Fox News, HGTV, outdoor channels and others at least on the main TV. We did not need, nor use TVs in bedrooms. You mention streaming TV, but not everyone is familiar with that or its use. Perhaps instructions for that if you can provide.
We loved the property and would rent it again!

This well appointed and spacious home is located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to Siesta Village and the beach. The convenience of the location, not to mention the private pool, made for a memorable vacation. The only negative is that there are only two chaise lounges for use around the pool. We used our beach chairs for added seating.

First impressions were fantastic. Beautiful place, well kept. However two things were extremely annoying. First, no hair dryers anywhere. I think it's been 30 years or more since I had to buy a hair dryer on vacation. The second was a lack of TV channels to watch. We had 5-7 days of cloudy cool weather and chose to stay indoors alot. No food or home improvement channels at all. Just basic reruns of old movies or news. Not much else to watch. We also did not print out the password to the wi-fi at home therefore couldn't access our computers. We called the help line of the management company and left a message (on the emergency helpline) and never got a return call. We finally logged into our internet at a relatives house and got our wi-fi info. Lucky we had that option.

As you can tell in the title of this review I would have to say that this place is in the best location I have ever vacated at. It’s 5 minutes walk to the beach, 2 minutes to walk to the bar/restaurants. Both couple next to us were nice and if I had any questions they would mind to take a second to answer them. Let’s talk about the house!!! So beautiful, kitchen,bedrooms,pool,entertainment everything was up to date. I can’t wait to have the same experience next time we come down to vacation.

Unit was nice a little dirty and some dishes were in the cupboard were dirty with lipstick still on them. Pool was also filthy and appeared a little green. I had to spend about an hour skimming and scooping all kinds of debris out in order to make the pool usable. Pool guy did come by and add chemicals and it got to be less green. Also I’d expect in a unit like this one that the master would have at least a queen bed in it full size is very small for 2 especially at a luxury vacation rental.

Beautiful property in a prime location. It was great being so close to the beach, all of the shops, restaurants and bars, along with the market. It was a perfect size for 2 couples. Especially liked how the bedrooms were laid out. The only suggestion is to upgrade the beach chairs and umbrellas, along with the outside patio furniture, as the weather and salt air causes wear and tear much sooner then if in a different location. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo and location. Try to get around homeaway which adds 16 %. Spacious property. Tv remotes needed batteries and main tv quality was not sharp. Plus picture would freeze with cable msg on screen. Property managers mayb complacent. Also mixd msg on heating pool. Mgmt said set for 82 but others said cud set lower. We like the place and look to come back.
