Pas satisfaite de cette hôtel à l’esprit froid avec un personnel à l’identique.

L’emplacement, mais quand même pas évident de se rendre à pied au centre de la ville les trottoirs sont très étroits donc un peu dangereux pour une famille avec enfant.

L’hôtel a un esprit froid pas chaleureux, petit déjeuner très léger pas de choix surtout pour les enfants. La chambre est sombre

Bel établissement, à proximité du centre de Valladolid, je recommande !

Bel établissement, très proche du centre de Valladolid à pieds (10 min environ). La chambre était très spacieuse et propre. La piscine est très agréable également (en rooftop), très appréciable pour se rafraichir (il faisait 35° quand nous y étions). Possibilité de dîner le soir directement en bas de l'hôtel (Mercado 41), ce qui est assez pratique. Personnel adorable et réactif. Chichén Itzá se trouve à 40 minutes environ de l'hôtel en voiture, idéal pour une excursion matinale.

Modernes Hotel in Valladolid

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereits Personal. Stilvolle Einrichtung und großes, sauberes Zimmer. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an der Unterkunft.

Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war leider sehr hellhörig.

Goed hotel, prima prijs/kwaliteit.

Een fijn hotel met een aangelegen eetgelegenheid met (soms) live muziek en een bar. Tegenover het hotel zit een kleine supermarkt. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Met ongeveer 10 minuten wandelen sta je in het centrum met de leuke en heerlijke restaurantjes.

Het bed was echt zeer krap, ik vermoed 1.40 meter breed. Met twee volwassenen is dit niet heel comfortabel, maar wel prima.

Na fotkách hotel vypadá lépe než ve skutečnosti. Stejně i tak bazén. Ten jsme nevyužili. Personál byl velmi milý. Lokalita fajn cca kilometr od centra.

Snídaně byly nic moc, doporučuji si je nebrat. Bazén možná na rychlé shlazení ale nic pro delší relax. Pokoje průměrné vzhledem k vyšší ceně.

Perfektes Hotel

Die Lage ist perfekt, gerade mal 10 Minuten ins Zentrum. Das Zimmer war sehr fein, das inkludierte Frühstück großartig, und am Abend das Essen im Restaurant Teraza vor dem Hotel hat uns begeistert!

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, wir wären locker noch ein paar Tage geblieben.

Unique small hotel with super staff and quaint charm.

Excellent breakfast - fruit plate, toast, choice of entree. Great coffee.

Double bed was a big small for us.

Boa estadia para alguns dias

O quarto é confortável, com boas dimensõe e espaço para arrumar as roupas e malas. O colchão é confortável. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestáveis (recebemos uma multa de estacionamento e os funcionários aconselharam-nos prontamente sobre o que fazer). A piscina é limpa e acolhedora. São entregues toalhas para utilizar na piscina. O pequeno-almoço é bom. Solicitamos o serviço de lavandaria que foi bastante célere.

A cama de casal é muito pequena (menor que a queen size). Quando se toma duche, o chão da casa de banho fica todo inundado. O pequeno-almoço não é buffet, pelo que repetir ou mais algum prato carece de um custo extra.

Nice stay. Good value for money! Recommend!

Nice and clean room! Staff was very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast room a bit too small and there are slots, otherwise you risk not to find a spare table.

El personal de la mañana, muy amables. Habitación grande

La descripción de la habitación no coincide con la realidad. La terraza no es tal, es un pequeño y agobiante patio interior, oscuro y con humedad. La cerradura de la ventana que da a la terraza no funcionaba Pedí un cambio de habitación y en recepcionista se negó diciendo que estaban todas las habitaciones ocupadas cuando no era cierto, había muchas disponibles en booking en ese momento.

- kein Beistellbett für unsere Tochter, obwohl angegeben - Pool relativ schmutzig - muffiger schimmeliger Geruch im Zimmer, keine Inseltengitter, schwierig zu lüften - keine Handtücher oder Polster für das Kind - Personal leider relativ unfreundlich, bein Checkout wollte eine Zusatzgebühr erhoben werden, da durch Wegwerfen von Zigarettenpackungen auf Rauchen im Zimmer geschlossen wurde. Geht gar nicht :/ - leider kein angenehmer Aufenthalt

Das Hotel liegt 10 Minuten zu Fuss zur Stadtmitte. Ruhige Lage. Schöne Einrichtung. Grosses Bett. Matratzen eher weich.

the hotel is nice, with a parking and a swimming pool. The room is nice. It is an ok place to stay for 1 or 2 days.

I actually have no idea where the photo of the hotel comes from (it’s not like that in reality). no Wi-Fi in the bedroom. breakfast = 2* hotel… too expensive

The photos are a bit misleading, the hotel has seen better days. It's a short walk from the centre but not in the nicest area. But the staff are very friendly and helpful, the pool is lovely and the room spacious.

Nice but can be nicer

Friendly staff, gave lots of suggestions for the area. Nice little garden behind the hotel. Cute decor in the rooms.

Room smelled a bit weird & needs some maintenance (eg sink looked damaged). Not a lot of parking spaces so can imagine it gets full sometimes. And I guess this is general advice for the area, but bring mosquito spray!

nice and comfortable rooms

super noisy, even though we stayed at the so-called “quiet floor”. We kept hearing people talking really loud in the corridors / lobby all night . the reception at the lobby were playing loud music all night as well.

The rooms are nice and stylishly decorated. The staff is very helpful. We also appreciated the early breakfast (at 7 AM) as we got an early strat to visit Chichen Itza.

Maybe they could add more sunbeds in the pool area (there were only 3). The opening hours for the bar are quite restricted (6 PM to 10 PM) and on one of the days we were there they didn't open at all.

Great vibes and atmosphere. It is an original hotel.

Nice design, good comfortable rooms. It is better than on the pictures. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and nice and gave us great tips for restaurants and activities. Thanks for that
