It was a great location, comfy and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Just please have some more kitchen stuff.

It was clean and comfortable and close to town.

The kitchen was not very well equipped with much at all, that was a disappointment when having platters before dinner.

We loved our time and the house was easy

The house had plenty of space for 7 people and was handy to town, There was plenty of parking and room for our bikes out the back. The BBQ worked well, though we did have to move it to the front as it got really windy on Sat evening while trying to cook. It was put back and rebolted.

The kitchen was not well equipped with bowls and plates, glasses given. 8 people can be accommodated. The instructions for rubbish were a bit unclear. The yellow topped recycling bin was 3/4 full of rubbish and recycling on arrival. Would have expected cleaner to check that.

It was a fabulous stay, thank you.

Ideal for our family two day stay. Warm, great location.

A little suggestion a drier would be handy plus bedside lamps in each room that you could plug in.

Really enjoyable, my friends all commented on how good Burgandy place is.

Use of pool and tennis court. Barbeque. Everything we needed in kitchen.

The dishwasher probably needed rinse aid as the glassware came out spotty.. Some dishes didnt appear clean on arrival. Lockbox is challenging, but not impossible. Recycle bin was nowhere to be seen.

Fine for a short break with a good location and great pool.

Location was good, swimming pool was lovely although the grounds were really overgrown on the first day however someone had cut them by the second!

The house was just average. The lazy boys didn’t work; everything was fine but not at all special-just not what you’d expect for the price.

the location of the lock box was positioned too near the ground and involved kneeling on gravel to access the key. Very inconvenient and could easily be remedied. Difficult for more mature or less agile people or during inclement weather or in the dark

Great spot!

Great location, faculties and super comfortable beds.

Slightly dusty, small niggles like batteries not working in tv remotes and inaccessible plugs in one of the bedrooms. Nothing that would stop me booking again though!

House had everything you would need to stay long term. Location was fantastic and super easy to find. Will definitely come back.

The lockbox could be higher off the ground as having to kneel down on the stoney drive was not good for someone with bad knees. The couches could do with a clean as armrests we quite stained and the ensuite ceiling could do with a clean as well. But other than those 2 picky points the place was great

Beds were very comfortable and linen nice and fresh. Living space very good and deck too. Also easy access with drive and walk on.

Twin bedrooms were a bit of a squeeze. Not much room between the beds and on one of the bed ends, I stubbed my toe. The master bathroom shower was slippery/potentially dangerous with no slip mat or rail to hold onto for older family. Could do with a couple more comfy armchairs or couch as being 7 of us, 2 had to sit on dining chairs - not a relaxing sit. I hope this is taken as constructive comment - I appreciate it’s not easy pleasing everyone but clearly a couple of improvements might help. what should have been a good trip was let down by mediocre, at best, customer service - will not be staying at propertie

It was nice enough and although a little way out of town it was ok.

We had problems getting the oven to work and it was very frustrating. Tried contacting the property mgmt company several times and it kept ringing out. When I finally got through the person who claimed to be the property owner only wanted to escalate the situation vs solving the issue - she advised if I didn’t like it we could leave. Only 1 towel per person for two nights stay were provided and the kitchen utensils were minimal! Considering the cost per person per night and the overall experience I am net returning where this particular property management company is involved.

The house is very comfortable and conveniently located to Martinborough

House and bed were very comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean

Dusting - the coffee table shelf was covered in dust, so much so that the guests before us had written 'clean me' in the dust. Also, lots of dust on the shelves and ornaments. Could do with a few more platters for when having just nibbles.

Lovely Stay

Location was fantastic, about a 2 minute cycle to the centre and 15min walk. It was very hot the days we were there so having access to the pool was just amazing. The accommodation was open plan and very spacious for us all.
