For over two generations Salt Breeze has been a much loved family holiday home. The owners have consistently updated the home to keep up with modern living standards, Airco has been installed upstairs and timber looks has been replaced by crips white beach decor. This listing is for UPSTAIRS only, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. If you like to rent the full house, please book the other listing Salt Breeze "full house" to include the self-contained unit downstairs
UPSTAIRS HOME IN QUIET STREET
Located on Lake Cathie's prestigious Chepana street. Sleeps couples and small families upstairs, 5 guests maximum
Top level is accessible via outdoor stairs. The front balcony with relaxing lounge seats offers you glorious sunrise views and ocean glimpses under the constant calming sounds of the waves crashing on the beach across the street. Upstairs features open plan living, with a modular flexible lounge, dining suite and modern kitchen. The kitchen opens up to a covered back deck and spacious garden with an impressive green lawn and tropical landscaping throughout. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. Spacious master bedroom has a double bed and plenty of cupboard space. Second bedroom features a double bed and single bunk. Bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet.

WELL BEHAVED PETS WELCOME
Salt Breeze's fully fenced back yard and outdoor covered back deck which adjoins the kitchen is great for dogs. Pets to be kept outdoors. Indoor pets allowed only upstairs with pre-approval from owner. Please inform us about the type of pet and age that you plan on bringing for our statistics, planning and as courtesy to the property owners. Please keep pets off furniture and beds!

Driveway and carport parking.
UPSTAIRS AND DOWNSTAIRS
Generally upstairs and downstairs spaces are NOT rented out separately, so you will always have piece and quiet even when you rent upstairs only. You don't see each other other than passing on the driveway.
