A fost frumos si ... cam scurt :)

Apartamentul este foarte frumos, foarte bine structurat si utilat cu tot ce ai nevoie atunci cand esti in vacanta cu familia. Era curat. Comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost perfecta! Din punctul nostru de vedere, ar mai fi nevoie de un tocator la bucatarie si de niste cuiere/suporturi de prosoape in bai. Noua ne-a placut si ne dorim sa revenim. Halatele de baie lipseau si sunt convinsa ca daca le-am fi cerut, le-am fi primit (asa cum s-a mai intamplat si cu alte lucruri de care am mai avut nevoie), insa ne-am prins ca nu sunt exact cand plecam spre piscina, asa ca ne-am descurcat la fata locului.

Excellent position, excellent view, easy access, very good comfort - in the middle of the forest

Maximum comfort in the middle of the mountains. Underground parking, excellent and comfortable Easy access from the underground parking to the apartment Very large apartment with excellent view. Balcony privacy very good, even between the balconies of the same apartment. We have found water, coke, wine, sweets and salty snacks in the apartment, and many other spices in the kitchen. Clean but not only - very nice interior and nice, large bathrooms. Position is excellent, close to slopes, to Brasov and to Stana Turistica - a really special restaurant managed by a famous hi-quality meat products company in Romania - Sergiana. On top - I have forgot something in the apartment, and the property really helped me, sent me the item. A really good experience

We did not regret this choice

It was great, a clean, beautiful place, very well equipped. We were in contact with the contact host which was conducted on WhatsApp in an efficient manner.

It was a bit disturbing that there is no lock in the toilet and shower. Other than that, everything is great.

Very poor

I booked this apartment because was marked on booking.com as air-conditioned. When I contacted the owner of the apartment he confessed that he had only "ventilators". I had to cancel my booking

Everything was perfect. Amazing clean and cozy apartment. Full of games for children. There is everything you need for a perfect vacation. We had a great time. If we could we would have stayed longer...

Perfect location, huge space and very child friendly! The underground parking is great, specially on winter time! the wire from the terraces is outstanding. Totally recomend it!

Great location, beautiful apartment, but considering the cons, feels overpriced

Beautiful location Overall silent, except for the occasionally loud highway related noises Beautiful interior design Well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, American-style coffee machine, plenty of cutlery, plates, mugs, etc) Comfy beds There is one electric heater in the apartment, partially solving then on-working heating system 3 balconies with different pretty nice views Easy apartment access via code, despite the code being quite weak Decent WiFi connection, however, again, even my iphone warned me that WiFi password is too weak (Having a WiFi password so weak puts people at an incredibly high risk of being hacked and having their personal information stolen) The host was pretty responsive via WhatsApp Dedicated underground parking space Overall, pretty clean

Curtains stink (cigarette) Both bedrooms heating not working, despite the heating system producing a loud and at some point annoying rattling sound. In mid-June, the bedrooms were pretty cold at night. Wash machine present but not connected to water supply We’ve been provided a cot bed (thank you), but the mattress was terrible. Fortunately, we are used to that and had a contingency plan prepared Impossible to open/close inner doors silently as they creak a lot, particularly bedroom and en-suite doors (4x) None of the bathroom / en-suite doors have keys, hence impossible to lock neither from inside nor from outside Uncomfortable outdoor furniture (but that is , of course, a subjective opinion of mine) Poor soundproofing: could hear my neighbours and highly likely they could hear me Despite the apartment being overall clean, there was a lot of human hair everywhere from bathroom floors to bed linen

Very pleasant apartment

It was a very nice apartment with nice views from the 3 terraces. Clean and comfy beds and very warm inside the apartment. Highly recommending the TIAM apartment. As a suggestion, to be install more towel hangers in the bathrooms.

Excellent quiet place to rest and spend some quality time with your family

It's a large 2 bedrooms apartment with all the features you might need for a short vacation in Poiana Brasov. It is located in a private resort a little bit secluded from the rest of the town which we really liked as we were looking for a quiet place to spend the vacation with our baby. Important to mention that it is a self service apartment and you will receive just before checking in the codes to the parking and for the entrance door. Also the guest is very thoughtful checking from time to time via whatsapp that everything is ok. We liked the children area in the open space, our baby really enjoyed playing there.

I am assuming that the cleaning is done by the resort staff. I have to warn the owners that it is not properly done! There is a lot of dust under the furniture that was not cleaned for ages. Mentioning this because we had a baby crawling around and this was important. Some of the furniture is a little bit dated and in my opinion it needs to be replaced because it ruins the overall look of the apartment (e.g., kitchen countertops, bathrooms furniture that has some broken parts, on one of the terraces there was some broken glass part on one of the furniture items). It basically needs some small fixes here and there. Auxiliary cooling and heating system (the one near the windows) is very noisy.

Happy Family time and relaxation

Really good for 2 families. Hospitable and very supportive host. Toys corner was really appreciated. Very well equiped kitchenware. 3 balconies which allow to follow the sun.

Very nice

The host was very nice, always willing to help. It is a great place to relax, very big appartement and nice area.

The view is very nice like in the pictures, but it is not on the side with the pool, it is on the opposite side, and at the ground you see a small parking lot from the balcony, but it is not something disturbing. The cleanliness can be improved in the main bathroom and the couches from the living room could be more fresh.

Hosts were really welcoming and the whole trip was very enjoyable. One of the employees working at the facility helped us reach the resort :) great atmosphere.
