The view of the ocean from the house's two decks was outstanding, and the constant sound of the surf breaking on the beach was very relaxing. We spent most of our time watching and listening to the surf, walking on the beach, and cooking in the kitchen.
The house itself was nicely furnished and immaculately clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. We cooked constantly, and once we visited "Splash by the Sea," a nice beachfront restaurant a five-minute walk from the house.
A few basic provisions we expected were missing, like garbage bags and dishwasher detergent, but it wasn't much of a hassle - the nearest grocery was only a few minutes away by car.
The host also responded within minutes by phone when we had trouble turning on the exterior lights by the pool and grill - he walked me through turning them on over the phone - problem solved.
We had a great time enjoying the sight and sounds of the ocean and the luxury of staying in this beautiful beachfront home.

This House has everything you need for the perfect beachfront family vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked not only with dinnerware but pots and pans and the utensils needed to prepare the meals. The views of the ocean, the sunrises and sunsets were amazing. We saw dolphins most days we were there. The pool was wonderful with plenty of chairs for everyone to enjoy.

House was great for ages 8 to 88. There were 10 in our group and we never felt cramped.
Elevator and closeness to beach made it useable for everyone.
Lots of beach to ourselves - the location is fantastic and we were unbothered. Pool is good size and in good condition.
The house is in good condition and we had a great stay.
Couple of very minor issues. Not being able to open the garage doors isn’t disclosed in the listing, and it makes accessibility more difficult for those who have a hard time with stairs. And the treatment of linens at check in and check out is inconvenient.
With those minor issues noted, we would recommend the property if your priority is beach time and privacy. Beautiful place!

Beautiful House. If you're looking for a place to just slow down and enjoy a relaxing vacation, this place is it. Tremendous views from the deck, you'll even see dolphins swimming in the water. Steps to the beach made things convenient. Having the pool was a MAJOR plus. Home well-appointed with all kitchen necessities for those who like to cook. If you had any questions Ben was only a phone call to the answer. Would definitely rent this property again

Wonderful family beach trip
We have rented a lot of beach houses and although they were all beautiful, there were always little unexpected surprises (not clean, not kept up, not enough room etc.). This home exceeded our expectations. It fit our family perfectly and was well equipped. The pool in the afternoon after a day at the beach was an added bonus. We would rent this home again.

Awesome Spring Break
Took the family on spring break. Had a decent amount of room for our large extended family. Even though the weather was windy, managed to enjoy the pool and ocean. Property is set up very well. Owner communication was excellent and the rental process simple.

Beautiful well equipped house.
Being right on the beach was fantastic. Pool was nice and heated, even though the weather was cool we were at least able to get in. Area felt relaxed and safe. Kitchen was very well equipped.

The property was beautiful and just as described. We had an amazing week despite some unfortunate weather. The owner was very easy to work with and responsive to any of our needs. Future travelers should note that there is a development under construction (January 2022) to the immediate left of the house on the adjacent lot...but that won't stop us from getting back as soon as we can.

We had a great time at Ben’s place. Everything was just right for our family with 5 bedrooms, 3 with beach views. The house was right on the beach and we loved the views. We’ll be back!

Paradise!
The house was absolutely stunning - just as pictured! Everyone loved it. It felt remote and was definitely spacious enough for our group of ten. Loved having an option of going to the private pool or private beach and that it wasn’t a long walk to either. The beach was quiet and beautiful. We felt like we had it all to ourselves most days. We’d definitely stay here again. The only downfall is that construction started on a house right next door to this property, so that was a bit annoying (and loud) at times, but no fault to the owner.

Amazing spot for family vacation
Clean, organized, well-stocked, and fantastic location. RIGHT on the beach. It would be fine to monitor older kids on the beach and/or pool from the deck. We loved the enclosed outdoor shower. The only complaint we had (and it is a very minor one) is that it would have been nice to have had blackout curtains in the bunk room.

Another great vacation
The location of the house was amazing. Sunsets on the inlet were gorgeous and the pool was refreshing after a day at the beach. Love Topsail and this house was great. Owner was very responsive.

Our family has been staying at Topsail for a summer vacation for almost 15 years. There are 6 adults and our 6 kids ranging from 7 - 17 years old. We always struggle to find enough space. This house was perfect for us! Plenty of chairs in the living room, a large TV for nighttime movies, a beach just steps from the house that was virtually private, plenty of sturdy deck chairs, and a pool with an outdoor shower for when the beach got too hot. We loved the Samsung fridge with the TouchPad - you can play music or log into your social media! The fridge in the garage downstairs was perfect for keeping cool drinks nearby. Very comfortable beds and a well-appointed kitchen. The only thing we would have liked was an outdoor table on the 2nd level deck to take advantage of the shade. We are already planning to book for next year. The owner was very communicative, checking in to make sure all was OK with the house upon arrival. I can't say enough good things about our experience.

Our family have stayed in beach houses along the Carolina coast from Pawleys Island to the outer banks for over 30 years. This was the nicest house for cleanliness, proximity to the beach, decor, stocked kitchen and privacy. The owner was super fast in answering any questions. The house is beautiful and homey.

A wonderful getaway
The check in and check out procedure was super simple. The property manager communicated with us throughout the stay; he was very responsive. The house is gorgeous and spacious. Immediate beach access and it felt like we had our own private beach. The house has everything a family needs to enjoy a lovely week at the beach!

Second time staying here!
This was my families second time staying at this lovely home and it was even better this time! The house itself is meticulously maintained and is very comfortable. This year it felt like we had our own beach! There aren’t any homes for several lots on either side so we weren’t sharing the beach space with anyone. Last time there was a small public parking lot somewhat nearby but this year it was all but gone- seems the grasses and dunes have taken over which was a huge plus for us! We are looking forward to another trip next summer! Thanks for hosting us! It was a treat!
