Staff only

The plugs did not work, had to plug the fridge out so i could charge my phone. I never had hot water,

Nothing they have a very poor service and they advertise wrong property what you see on the booking.com it's a totally a lie I am so disappointed I will never recommend a friend or family to go there I wanted a refund because I was not happy at all

Everything about the property and when we arrive the it was fully booked while we paid online the is no communication at all it's very untidy

Disappointing

The location of the place is good. It is near to shops and it is quite. The room are spacious. The receptionist was friendly.

The room was dirty, the linen was dirty and smelly. Limited plugs and the TV was not there.

Difficult to find, location takes you to elsewhere but the receptionist was helpful.

There is no parking, the Fridge was not so cold and we always had to look for staff evrytym we wanted something u jst cnt find them at the reception.

Place need maintenance

There nothing that u like.place is not clean no lights. No tv.no aircon, very bad in hygene.place need a thouroghly maintenance.i even turn never sleep there

There is nothing I liked about Ikhutseng

The pictures on booking.com is not the same thing we saw over the weekend. Please remove the picture from the web site because a lot of people are not happy. Only 1 person was available to assist all the guests. We have to look for her or even call her if we need help. The person I was communicating to all the time ignored our calls after check in. 1. Our room was dirty and there were people in our rooms when we got there at around 2pm. We had to wait outside and after that we had to ask for our rooms to be cleaned. 2. spider webs on the ceiling - we had to ask for those to also be removed. 3. TV not working we were promised that it will be fixed but nothing until we checked out 4. I phoned the lodge 5 days earlier and they said the poos is working but when we got there it wasn't and it looked like it was not working for a long time - maybe 3--5 months. 5. Storage doors on the outside broken and lying down on the grass where we supposed to be siting nd taking pictures 6. Dustbin next to the pool and braai stand. 7. We were sharing the kitchen with the spa people and they were very rude and made us feel unwelcomed. 8. On the day of check-out, only 3 people took a bath in the morning and there was no more hot water. While still waiting for the water to be warm, the electricity goes off for 3 hours. The other 6 ladies had to bath with cold water 9. The owner doesn't care about the guest - they just want our money. 10. I need to be refunded some of the money I paid because I didn't get what I paid for.

Superb

The staff were very nice and very professional, room was neat and setting was excellent. The service was great too, it was a home away from home, I would like to come back soon. Thandeka and Lilly with their staff were very professional 💕💕💕

I liked the location of the property

They should change the GPS coordinates, they take you somewhere else. They have changed the name but still advertising old name that they are no longer using which becomes very confusing.

My expectations were met, my stay in there was phenomenal

The wifi was perfect, didn't give me any problems

Rooms to be checked before people are allowed to get in, I had to see a tampon that wasn't even mine
