Exceptional

The setting was beautiful, quiet and in the country but only 20 minutes from downtown Durango. The host was wonderful and the house stocked with items you didn't even know you needed. Hosts are very easy to work with and the farm cat was welcoming as well.

I honestly can't think of a thing.

We really enjoyed our time there and would return.

The house was wonderful, very comfortable and old farm house style. The yard was wonderful. We saw deer and wild turkey while we were there. John was very friendly and helpful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but it was quite a journey to the Mesa Verde interesting areas

No breakfast

A clearer sign outside the entrance to the property. The drive was quite difficult to spot from road.

It was so peaceful and beautiful. The yard was perfect to relax, visit, and watch the kids play. The house was so cute and had everything we needed.

The house is rustic but very comfortable. John is a great host. Lots of space for hiking/walking.

A lovely and exceptionally well appointed venue for a relaxing and fun get away with the family

gorgeous yard with a perfect tree swing, all the amenities of home,and a very kind and welcoming host

It was pretty perfect for us. I suppose some might consider it a bit far out of town if you’re main focus is exploring Durango, but it’s perfect for just staying out and enjoying all on its own.

Peaceful and quiet place to relax a short distance from town.

The location was just a little out of town away from the busy tourist world. 20min to the train. House was very cozy. Kitchen was well equipped.

Relaxing weekend in a cozy farm house. Great view, homey feel, clean, and fantastic host.

We loved our stay! The house was nice and cozy. Had full amenities, it was very clean. Our host, John was always very quick to reply to any messages we sent. He was so welcoming and he took the time out of his day to give us a tour of the property. The whole trip was so relaxing and comfortable. It was exactly what we needed. We will absolutely be back!

I honestly can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

Fabulous family retreat

The location was fantastic. Far enough from town that we didn't have the crazy traffic and crowds of the holiday season! When we felt we would like to be part of the festivities they were just a short beautiful drive to town. We had EVERYTHING we needed to enjoy the beauty of Durango in a peaceful and very enjoyable fashion.

Not a thing I can think of that we lacked except maybe a little snow ;)
