Beautiful and refined 200 sqm apartment with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen and 1 delightful terrace, in the heart of Rome, 100 meters from Piazza del Popolo and 900 from Piazza di Spagna. Perfect for families with children and groups of friends and couples. Smart TV with Netflix, to watch movies and TV series in any environment. The Playstation 4 will make everyone happy, young and old. We offer transportation services, private guide for museums, home restaurant. Self check-in H24 automatic opening.

Space

Apartment with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 lounge, 1 equipped kitchen and a nice terrace overlooking Via Giambattista Vico.
The house can comfortably accommodate 10 people, having 2 triple bedrooms and 2 other double bedrooms.
One room has an en suite bathroom, the other three have bathrooms outside the rooms but in exclusive use.
In the lounge there is a large and comfortable sofa (bed) with a peninsula and other comfortable seats.
In all rooms and in the lounge there are fiber optic Wi-Fi, smart TV, Netflix, Dazn, to watch sports, cinema, TV series, documentaries, in every room of the house.
In the lounge, moreover, to the delight of adults and children, there is the Playstation 4 and there are several board games such as Risiko, Monopoly, Hotel, French cards with chips and Neapolitan cards.

Vico29 is not only a beautiful and comfortable apartment, but it is an "eco-sustainable" house, it has an ecological soul, it is green!
Vico29 supports local economies by purchasing goods and services exclusively from regional producers, and this contributes to reducing transport costs, as well as CO2 emissions of 1 kg for each person hosted, i.e. the equivalent of 35 trees planted!
In the rooms there is only wood, iron, recycled and, in any case, recyclable materials; in the kitchen, the foods present are not packaged in disposable plastics, but are offered exclusively in paper, glass and other recyclable containers; in the bathrooms, equally, there are no soaps, shampoos, shower gel, body creams, packed in single-dose packaging, but only products in dispensers.
Vico29 has also banned all detergents and chemical cleaners, choosing ecological and biodegradable products; the courtesy of the bedroom and bathroom available to guests is exclusively natural and highly eco-friendly.
All this generates a strong reduction of CO2 emissions and the unnecessary production of waste.
Vico29 carries out the separate collection of waste, inviting guests to carry out its disposal responsibly.
Vico29 prefers sustainable mobility and offers guests the use of bicycles, the underground, car sharing, as the main means of transport.

Guest access

Guests, if they wish, can check-in independently; in fact, upon their arrival, we can open the doors of the house remotely, at any time, 24 hours a day.
If, on the contrary, they required the presence of a manager, we would be fully available to assist them during the first reception phase.
In any case, the manual of our house, which guests will find on arrival, provides all the information necessary for the stay, such as: check-in and check information. out, numbers to call for emergencies, wi-fi passwords and access codes to the apartment, instruction manuals for household appliances and a list of supermarkets, bars and restaurants recommended by us, not touristy, but frequented by the Romans.
We are however available to assist our guests throughout their stay.

This apartment was one of the highlights of our groups Italian Vacation. The VRBO listing pictures for this apartment did not give justice to the true excellent quality of this apartment! The apartment was perfect for our traveling group of 8 adults. The property was in great shape and was well located relative to the sites we were planning on visiting. The apartment host (Maurizio) was nothing short of spectacular! In addition to performing all of the usual apartment host responsibilities with excellence, Maurizio came to our groups rescue when our booked transfer from the train station to the apartment failed to show leaving us stranded at the train station. Maurizio came to the rescue by immediately sending 3 cars to meet us and bring us to the apartment. Additionally, Maurizio worked the return transfer bookings later that week to get us back to the train station for our departure. Our Rome experience was an awesome one...thanks, in part, to Maurizio and his fantastic apartment.

Our family was super pleased with the apartment so close to Piazza del Popolo. Our arrival to Rome was a little bumpy with the airline losing all 7 of our bags. What a relief to find all the necessary toiletries provided by Maurizio, such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, razors, etc. That saved our family money and a lot of frustration. We loved the proximity to the metro, great restaurants and a wonderful cafe directly across the street. We had Maurizio prepare us his gourmet meal on our last evening and it did not disappoint. We all loved his cooking. The apartment is also beautifully decorated and very spacious....perfect for families. Highly recommend!

This property was not only spacious and comfortable, but well-appointed and conveniently located. The location very near Piazza del Popolo allowed us easy walking access to several of the must-see sites of Rome as well as abundant restaurants and shopping. Toiletries and personal amenities no longer provided by many hotels were present in all areas. Our Host Maurizio was amazing. He was attentive, responsive and helpful throughout—from early booking and communication to arrival and departure. His responses were always immediate. When I inquired about a chef cooking in for us one evening, Maurizio volunteered himself and it was delicious. I would recommend this property to all.

I cannot say enough about our experience renting the Flaminio property. The pictures truly do not do it justice, as the rooms are larger than they appear. We enjoyed 3 nights in the apartment with a group of 4 adult couples. We had plenty of space, the apartment was pristine, and the host was exceptional. The apartment was quite close to the metro station, which made travel easy. The building was quiet and well kept. There are several stores nearby as well. Finally, working with Maurizio, the property owner, was seamless. He arranged transport to/from the apartment for us and happily answered questions. He and his associate prepared an exceptional, traditional Italian meal for our group the first night in the apartment. I would encourage you to take advantage of this option. Maurizio is a great communicator, was always responsive, and helped make our Roman holiday unforgettable. I would highly recommend a stay in this apartment. Grazie for everything, Maurizio!
