On a 250 m2 area spread across two levels, the 5-room house boasts a bright, modern, and tastefully furnished interior. The ground floor features a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, satellite TV, and a hi-fi system, leading out to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a dining table, one hot plate, an oven, a dishwasher, three gas rings, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, also providing access to the garden. There is a shower/WC on this level. Heating is not available in all rooms. Upstairs, an open staircase leads to a living room with satellite TV and an exit to the terrace. This floor also houses three bedrooms: one with a French bed (160 cm), a bathroom/WC, electric heating, and air conditioning; another with two beds, a bathroom/WC, electric heating, and air conditioning; and the third with two beds, a bathroom/WC, electric heating, and air conditioning. All three bedrooms have access to the terrace, and the entire house features wooden floors.
Amenities Included
Two large terraces, terrace furniture, a barbecue, and six deck chairs are available for your enjoyment. The property is equipped with a washing machine, a safe, a children's high chair, and a baby cot. Additionally, free WiFi internet access is provided.
