Beautiful 4 bedroom Townhouse condo with deck. Each upstairs bedroom (2) contains master beds with a full bath and lower level has two sets of bunk beds with a full mattress on the bottom, plus full bath, lower level great for the kids. Also lower level has twin beds with own separate bedroom.

SLEEPS MORE THAN 8, BUT DON’T SAY ON DESCRIPTION TO AVOID LARGE FRAT PARTY REUNIONS. Unit has wifi, cable for the four TV’s and a fully functioning pool table. Expanded living space gives plenty of room for the family. Walking distance to both beach and rec center.

This was our second stay at Ron’s property and we were so glad to be back! It’s the perfect size for our two families, close to everything, well stocked, and super clean! The downstairs is great for teens and they had a blast playing pool down there. Thank you for another wonderful vacation!

This property was absolutely perfect, and Ron made the rental process so easy! Great communication throughout, snd the condo was beautiful, extremely clean, and very spacious. My daughter was married in the clubhouse, and the staff there was great. The scenery was so beautiful- we couldn’t have asked for a better spot! We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Plenty of space for all of us. We have 8 adults and two children in our family. The deck has a beautiful view. The kitchen is well-stocked. The pool table was a huge hit! Short walk to the lake for swimming and floating. We will be back! <3

The condo is beautiful with everything a three generation family could need! The views are amazing, especially during a thunderstorm. All activities from Clark’s Trading Post to mountain climbing are close by. The lake and river are huge draws for the entire family! Check in and checkout is easy! We were all sad to leave!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit was spacious and well-stocked. The amenities (tennis, pickleball, ping pong, clubhouse) were great, even though the hot tub and pool were closed for renovation. The location is great for Franconia Notch State Park and hiking. Our host was very responsive and helpful.

This was our first stay at Ron's home in Deer Park. The accomodations were welcoming and well equipped. The park area has multiple tennis courts and is a great area to walk. There are a variety of off-site areas to visit. It's a perfect vacation area for family adventures.

My family (from a grandma to a grandson) were all very happy in the condo. There were plenty of quiet nooks, games to enjoy a huge table to gather at. The place was so well-equipped, down to sleds and coffee creamer. We really appreciated all the touches and are already planning a return visit. Perfect apres ski spot but we're also thinking of coming in the summer as well. Oh and the owner allowed for the Grammy in our group to check in early--so appreciated.

Our vacation started off poorly as there was NO ONE in the office T 4:30 when we attempted to check in. Our paperwork informed us not to attempt to check in before 4 PM so when we arrived in N. Woodstock at 3 we killed an hour before driving over there. We then called the number on the door of the office only to be told someone would get back to us. Did not happen. After a few more minutes I called the owner who informed us he had. Lockbox and gave us the combination. The condo itself is lovely, we’ll decorated and full of great amenities. We love the area and restaurants so we had a good time, despite our check in drama.

This was the perfect property for our family vacation. The condo was large enough for our group of children, spouses and grandchildren. The unit was clean and well furnished. The living room furniture was comfortable as were the beds. We found everything we needed in the kitchen as well. The location of Deer Park is very convenient to the White Mountain attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time!! Great layout and sleeping arrangement for two families of 4 - lots of entertainment in the basement that kept the kids occupied so adults could hang upstairs after a long day of skiing. Only a 5 min drive to Loon. Would def stay again!!!

This was a super cozy place to stay and reminded me of ski lodges from my childhood. The gas fire place was great for gathering around after a long day of skiing. There was plenty of space for us all to exist comfortably as well. It was very easy access to the mountain (10 min) and the two parking spaces for the unit were great! My kids loved the bunk beds and the upstairs beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for our needs (breakfast and take out generally).

My family has already rented Ron's condo a few times because we love it so much! It is very spacious and clean and there are comfortable beds for everyone. It really feels like home when we visit. Our kids loved sledding right in the back and of course the indoor pool is always the best. The condo is so close to the ski mountains and many great restaurants and shops. Everytime we visit, we already start planning our next trip. Thank you for sharing your space with us - we love it!
