This 4,500 sq. ft. home has five large bedrooms on three levels permit guests a sense of privacy while just steps away from the 1000 sq. ft. LR/DR with 55" smart TV and wood burning fireplace, the picturesque sun porch with 43" smart TV, and large deck with Weber grill, outdoor heater, lounge area and outdoor covered dining area.
On the main level, you will find the large primary suite with king bed, walk-in closet, and large master bathroom. The main level also includes the LR/DR, spacious kitchen and pantry, sun porch and a full bathroom.
Located on the upper level is a family favorite - the custom-built nautically themed bunk room that sleeps four and provides an area for younger guests to play games or just relax. All beds are adult sized. Just in case. We have plenty of children's toys, books and games available, so you can leave yours at home.
The lower level offers three additional spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bedroom with two queen beds and large walk-in closet, a second bedroom with a queen bed and walk-out access and a third bedroom with a king-sized bed.
From it's large glass entry foyer to the striking 25 ft. wood ceilings, this is a family home that has been designed to entertain and build plenty of great memories!
ABBEY SPRINGS
Abbey Springs is a private gated "residential resort" consisting of 400+ upscale homes and town homes on 300 acres surrounding the Abbey Springs Golf Course.
Our large Clubhouse and activity center houses an Olympic-sized indoor pool and hot tub, locker rooms, an outdoor pool and separate kid's swim area, a newly renovated fitness center, the Abbey Springs pro shop, and an arcade / game room with a ping pong table, pool table, air hockey table and plenty of video games for kids of all ages.
The Abbey Springs Clubhouse also offers four outdoor clay tennis courts with group and/or private lessons available as well as three pickle ball courts.
The Grille, which overlooks the golf course grounds, is a great dining option for breakfast, lunch, or dinner with friends or family.
A quick five minute golf cart ride (2x golf carts included with stay) from the house is the Abbey Springs lakefront area, which includes our 600' private sand beach area, lakefront marina, basketball court, sand volleyball court, two bocce courts, playground and picnic area, our casual outdoor restaurant, Below Deck, and our lakefront fine dining Yacht Club restaurant with live entertainment and acclaimed cuisine.
Watch the sunset from your table enjoying a memorable meal or grab a drink from the Yacht Club bar and sit by the outdoor fire pits.

We enjoyed being all together for the Fourth of July holiday and all the comforts of a home away from home. The house was very well stocked and comfortable. Having 2 golf carts was definitely a plus and a must with the home being located up a steep hill. Loved the use of the amenities and the beach front and lakeshore path was a huge plus. The men enjoyed an easy to arrange round of golf. Thank you for opening your home for our family get away!

This property was amazing! More than enough room for my husband and me and my son and daughter in law and my three grandchildren. Ages of my grandchildren are 12, 9, and 7. Had so much fun in the game room and loved the bunk room. House was stocked with kitchen equipment and bathrooms were extremely clean and well stocked. No snow but area full of fun indoor activities including the indoor pool in the clubhouse. Would definitely stay again!!

Best VRBO rental we have ever had. The house was better provisioned than our own house. Lake Geneva is a beautiful area with lots of things to do. Kim, our host, was very helpful. Would recommend this rental to everyone.

This house had a fantastic layout for a family or friends vacation. There are lots of spaces that are very conducive to spending time together, or to break off into smaller groups. There is a very large open gathering area, a large deck with a fantastic grill, a very nice kitchen stocked with essentials, four full bathrooms, five bedrooms, and an enclosed back porch. Another plus is a secluded, main floor master suite.
Great extras - There is a closet packed with toys, a credenza stocked with games, a nintendo in the enclosed back porch, two 4 passenger golf carts, plenty of beach towels and toys for the beach. The hosts seemed very accomodating, but we really didn't need to reach out to them for anything.
The Abbey Springs development had so much to offer our group - indoor and outdoor pool, health club, pickle ball, a golf course, driving range, a beach, playground, a casual grill and a fine dining restaurant.

This property is an excellent space for a family vacation. We very much appreciated the children's toy closet as well as the game cupboard. The two golf carts were a real hit and provided us to all go out together to explore the property.
This was our second year here and we were delighted to have that opportunity!!

This house was absolutely gorgeous. It had personal amenities in all of the bathrooms and the kitchen. The views were gorgeous. We loved Abbey Springs. We drove to Lake Geneva and had a great time visiting and shopping. I would definitely recommend it and go back.

We loved our stay—the home is beautiful and the amenities are great. There is everything you need and more. Lovely touches like coffee options and even flavored syrups that our teenage son loved. We really enjoyed using the golf cart to get around and had a wonderful meal at the Yacht Club. Kim was so responsive and everything went very smoothly. We can’t wait to come back! This home was absolutely perfect for 4 families with young kids. The bunk room was such a hit for the older kids, they had a closest stocked with toys and video games so we didn't need to bring anything to entertain. It was close proximity to pool amenities which were fantastic and short drive to Grand Geneva for sledding/ski. The kitchen was great for group dinners and hanging out, great open concept and Kim was fabulous in communication. We will be back! :)

What a wonderful weekend!
We brought 2 families together for a long winter weekend and this was the perfect place to enjoy every minute.
From the moment you enter the gates of community, everything seems planned for you. A beautiful, large home (that matches every picture provided and more!) with amazing communal and private spaces. A kitchen stocked to the gills with every utensil and spice you could imagine. Bathrooms you’d like to live in. And a gorgeous golf course community to walk through - with views to magnificent Lake Geneva. We loved everything that winter provided, and can’t wait to return in the summer to try those golf carts!

Wonderful location to enjoy the lake, even in the winter! Perfect for a couples weekend with a great, open floorplan that meant we could all be together. Especially liked all the games and easy access to the gym and other facilities.

Everyone in our whole group couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful Kim’s house was. We’ve all had quite a few stays and Kim’s house was the best stocked home we’d ever stayed at. It was cleaned very well, the neighborhood was lovely and the house had a wonderful layout as well. I can’t think of one thing to change and we are already hoping to come back

We had a great trip to the Lake Geneva area. The house was tremendous. Clean, plenty of space and very well equipped. Perfect for our group. A great deck with a grill that we used often. Kim was really great to work with and was communicative ahead of time and it made it so easy. Welcome pastries and a bottle of wine were such a nice touch. 5 stars for sure.

This property was a sublime place for a weeklong getaway. The open floor plan and fully appointed kitchen allowed us to cook together and mingle easily before and after mealtimes, but there were also places to curl up with a book while others watched a game on TV in another room. The pantry was more generously stocked than any other house we have ever rented—we lacked for nothing. Sitting on the deck surrounded by greenery gave the impression of a secluded retreat, but just yards down the road was the clubhouse with all its amenities, including sunset cocktails on the club terrace. The kids loved the pools, the beach, and riding in the golf carts, and we enjoyed a couple of nights out in terrific restaurants nearby, All in all, it was the perfect place for our end-of-summer family reunion.

Great Fourth of July Getaway!
This house was beautiful, super clean, had tons of room for our group, and was so perfectly appointed…we wanted for nothing. We had golf carts, board games, bags, ping pong, a fire pit; our group of four adults and 6 teens were loving “lake life” to the fullest extent. There were also tons of things to keep little ones happy too. Abbey Springs is a wonderful community with all the amenities of a 5 star resort. We will definitely look to reserved this house again in the future.

Kim is amazing and their home is wonderful! We had a large group, 3 families with little kids and we all had plenty of space to spread out. Their home is fully stocked for adults and kids. The community is great and there is a lot to do. We are hopeful to be back in the summer. Highly recommend this home and Kim as a host.

The house was perfect for grandparents and family with 3 children. The house was immaculate; manager provides all that is necessary. Restaurant and swimming pool at Clubhouse are added benefits. Totally recommend the house. Disappointed we were not able to sled on hill next to house. Otherwise, it is a house we would definitely return to.

My family and I just got back from staying here for the week of Thanksgiving. We all absolutely loved the house, perfect location, great views and the hosts were so accommodating. They do a great job, in making your stay there enjoyable, while also having the house fully stocked. We have stayed at a lot of houses and this one by far is our favorite! We will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful home! Pictures do not do it justice! We loved the wooded lot and the views were great. Saw 2 deer as we sat at the island enjoying our morning coffee. The hosts were wonderful! They made sure we felt very welcome! Would definitely rent this home again in the future.
