Clean, good view and near the shops and eating places. Literally by the beach.

The corridor is a bit dim. And wish for better pillows

It was good.

Comfortable and clean place to stay. Got a full size refrigerator, mini microwave, and clothes washer.

The route to the place from the parking spot is quite complicated. Might have to bring your own toiletries (toothbrushes etc) as the place only provides Shampoo.

Beach unit a few steps away!

Beach front property, enjoyed the TV box with global channels, and washing machine. Kitchen quite well equipped for light cooking/ microwave. There is a big fridge but inside cabinet by the apartment door entrance. Check out and enjoy awesome coffee and cakes at Kopi Watak at the shop rows nearby.

Hot shower doesn’t really emit hot water. Smelly couch covers. Washing machine/dryer good for washing but the dryer part doesn’t really dry. Too many people at swimming pool during late afternoon and you cannot do proper laps. It says 24 hrs check in/out but, no clear signboard how to do so. Be sure to ask in advance how to do you won’t get delayed with your travel plans.

Enjoyable stay

Peaceful and relaxing place for staycation, i got 5th floor with seaview. Staff very friendly and helpful, everything is good. Paling penting bilik bersih, kemas dan selesa👍🏻

TERRIBLE

Location close to beach

They take RM200 as a deposit. We found the toilet seat cracked and when we use it, the toilet seat cracked further. The management decided that it was our fault and kept our deposit. It was a really bad decision for them as the management gave us a faulty and spoilt toilet seat and when we asked for our deposit, they made us do a police report and said they will consider to claim insurance. Long story short, they gave us a defective product and decided it was our fault. It was a big rip off.

Location is great. Plenty of shops n cafes nearby. The pool is nice too n the beach is just a stone’s throw away.

Excellent location and comfortable accommodation for a small family

Location was good, by the sea with sufficient place to dine. No breakfast included. It has a small kitchen with a microwave oven but cannot cook. that was a disappointment. The unit overlook the swimming pool and face the sea.

Great pool area and gym. Also right on the beach. Apartment comfortable.

Avoid weekends!! Place gets very, very busy in weekends but calms down during the week. CA Con staff were disappointing in that they promised to be open at 8.30am for our check out inspection but didn't show up and still weren't there at 9am when we had to leave. Consequently they are still holding our bond which we paid in cash.

Nice place but stressful regulations on the do's and don'ts makes your stay turns into a nightmare..

The washing machine with dryer

Plenty...the deposit amount 200 ringgit is more than the price of stay per night...and will only be returned to you in 48hrs my goodness!!,,, it takes them 48hrs to inspect the checking out condition before returning your deposit!!....what if someone else checks in after you and thrash up the place?......there's also a lot of signage in the apartment listing out all the fines imposed on silly violations making your stay quite uncomfortable ,,,,,,,you also have to clear your own trash before leaving.....not recommended for elderly as you have to walk quite a maze distance to your designated parking lot
