Superb

It was a very nice house and a great location and I really don't have any complaints except that when we got there the AC was not running and it was really hot in the house BUT the owner sent someone right away with a window unit and it was cool for the rest of the week. He was very understanding and a great guy to rent from. We would definitely be using him again. The entire house is fully stocked with everything that you need and it was great because we forgot laundry detergent and he had a little bowl full of detergent for us, along with every other necessity.

Nothing. The location was prime for the activities that we wanted. Only 15 minutes from the water park and 5 minutes from everything else.

We will be coming back bc it was a great place and a great price.

I loved that it was so close to everything and the street was so quite and nice. The house was cozy and super clean. We had the best time and a very comfortable stay.

Home is cute and comfortable, but lacking on cleanliness and responsiveness of manager.

Location was convenient to family and activities. The house was comfortably appointed with all the amenities of home, including two coffee makers (One keurig and one drip with filters). I appreciated that since I don't use K-cups and like a big pot of coffee in the morning.

We came to visit family for my youngest's birthday. They wanted to bake their own cake, but when we went to preheat the oven it spewed horrible fumes. It turned out to still have a thick layer of cleaning foam in the bottom. We went to open doors and windows, and when I opened the back door I found a bag of exploded trash (including what looked to be the remains of a hair weave). As it was late in the evening and not an emergency, I emailed the property manager...but I never received any type of response. I found it frustrating to have found the property in this condition, and knowing that I would pay a hefty cleaning fee of $100+ just didn't feel reasonable.

Nice until I noticed the cockroaches.

No breakfast. I ate out every day. Came home to have a beer listen to some tunes, and get ready for the next day of beach life. Good location.

I’m not a fan of cockroaches. I won’t stay here again because I don’t want to bring them home in a suitcase to infest my house.

Our overall stay was okay. Property would be great with improvements.

The property was clean. It was equipped with everything you need (cooking appliances, utensils, towels, etc.). The bed linen was clean. Neighborhood was quiet and safe.

The master bed was too small for us. Apparently, there were bedbugs that we were unaware of because I have several red, itchy bumps all over my legs.There was a hole in the tub that was patched up. The bed in the 2nd bedroom was very low to the floor.

Exceptional

The place had a great location. Very close to the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. The house was very clean and well stocked with the things you need. We felt at home.

No way to get local news/weather to keep up with the tropical storm that was moving in. It said there was direct TV but there was no instructions on how to access it

Do Not Rent this Property

The house is cute buy beauty is skin deep.

There were rotten boards on the deck, I fell through and injured myself. I tore the cartilage in my hip. When I called the property manager to inform her she was snarky and said "You're kidding right?" When informed that there was a rug covering rotten boards she denied the existence of the rug. I sent pictures. The tub had a hole in it that was patched with caulk instead of being properly fixed. I stepped on it after falling through the deck and thought I was going to fall through the tub. The floor in front of one of the bedroom doors dips down suggesting there is a structural problem and in one corner of the bathroom the ceiling was starting to come down. We had to cancel our trip and return home because of this. It is my opinion that this house should not be leased. On top of all of this, I am getting a run around trying to get the property owners insurance to pay for my medical expenses. Asked for a refund and that was ignored as well. Not happy!!!

Nice Beach House

The property was nice and had all that we were looking for. It was up to date and comfortable for a family of four. I liked the security of the alarm system.

The kitchen and bathroom floors were swept but not washed. The rest of the house was clean. My husband slept in master bedroom and woke up with several bites on his arms and legs. We are not sure what bit him-bed bugs, mosquitos?? Called owner, and she had no answer for the bites.

Softball Family Visit was great!

Beautiful home and perfect beach/casino location. Close to the softball fields too. Neighborhood was friendly. Loved the front porch swing and the Gulf breeze.

Beds and pillows hard and flat. Front door code didn’t work even after calling owner.
