Did not see anywhere that only access was up three flights of stairs. I have a very bad back and had a very hard time cl

Condo was furnished nicely but door leading ( looked like SS) was rusty and very old looking.

Pots and and were awful! Teflon frying pan was scratched and peeling, other frying pain was dirty with old grease. I would not ( and did not) cook in any of pots, pans! Thank goodness the microwave worked fine.

The building needed repairs. The deck rails were rotten. One of the deck chairs was broken. We tied

Pot's and pans had been put in cabinet dirty.I had to wash them before I could use them.

We had to leave 2and 1/2 days early because my daughter got so sick.She has Lyme disease. When I called to speak to property manager Richard, he would not take off any of the rent. I drove 6 hrs.home I rushed my daughter to get blood work and she was diagnoses with Lyme disease. It's been an awful experience and she is on 3 different antibiotics, and a silver cream to go on her out breaks.my daughter is a 41 yr. Old school elementary principal. And I 'm a retired school teacher.

The unit shows it’s age and could have been cleaned and deodorized with more care.
