Dirty rugs, carpet, and 100 bucks a day pool heating fee… #hardpassforfuturestays
the pool fee and disrespectful builders 7 am until 5 pm working on the weekend during rental and noise made sanders and cutting wood in pool area… you realize the house has limited insulation… aesthetically nice house, neighborhood, and furniture but not being cleaned properly and during construction are you kidding me!!!
The house was dirty the rugs and carpet brown tracking dirt warn in marks. Master bath rug gray but dark brown dirty all over with hair. Obviously not washed in a long time. They were doing construction from seven in the morning until 5 PM every day with saws running (building a side room by the house) with construction trucks and trailers out front no place to park. Yet we still had to pay to heat Pool fee was extremely high 100 bucks a day!!!! that is not listed on the website if you’re using a phone app. Kitchen and bathrooms dirty with bad pillows outrageous fees that are much higher than normal rentals.

Nice vacation!
The house and neighborhood are beautiful. The space was just right for our family of 4. For the most part everything was clean. We also didn’t feel like we didn’t have what we needed as far as kitchen supplies and towels.
The master bedroom could really use a new mattress. We had read reviews and saw that the bed was not comfortable, and they were right. Because of the breakdown I almost fell out of bed twice, and instead of sleeping with our heads at the head board, we had to sleep with our pillows at the foot so that it was slightly more firm.
