Deluxe 4 bedroom | 3 bath sleeps 10 with a pool. Just 7 miles to the Las Vegas strip and 4.4 miles to the airport, this entertainer's dream offers a pool table, old-school arcade games, X-Box, Jenga, lifesize chess set, cornhole, bocce ball, dartboard and loads of table games for your entertainment. Fully stocked with plush towels, cotton sheets and over the top mattresses for your comfort. Head outdoors to the amazing backyard with 2 fire pits, a heated pool, BBQ and a dining area. Plenty of space to lounge around and loads of shopping within minutes of this amazing residence. This residence, located in a quiet neighborhood, will ensure you have an outstanding Vegas Vacation! Extra safety Pool features are available as we have child safety bracelets with a monitoring alarm, and a pool fence installed. Pack and Plays are available upon request.

No issues whatsoever, great stay

This property is FABULOUS! We were so lucky that this property was available after our booking fell through at the last minute. Michelle saved our trip! We were coming to Vegas to get married and had our 5 adult kids and 2 in-laws. The house was fabulous and the pool and yard were amazing! The furnishings were top notch as well. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Seven of us came to Las Vegas to celebrate our son's 21st birthday, and this house couldn't have been more perfect for us! Everyone enjoyed all the games, indoors and out, and the pool was delightful. Checking in couldn't have been easier, Eddie & Michelle were very communicative and helpful. The house itself was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need, 5 minutes away from markets and restaurants. We will definitely stay again the next time we're in Vegas. Thanks again for a great time, we had a blast! :)

My wife and I stayed at this lovely home with my siblings in order to celebrate my deceased father’s 75th birthday. The home had EVERYTHING u could think of and was close to all the major attractions. The neighborhood is quiet and as long as u respect that detail u can truly enjoy everything the house has to offer. We WILL stay at this house every time we visit from now on. This is a nice property, well-appointed for a group traveling with a variety of interests. The game room was well-used by my family. While the pool was littered with tree debris (the owner attributes it to the previous night's weather), we were able to remove some and then use the pool. Simple meals were easy to prepare; it was primarily breakfast for our group of 7 adults and 1 teenager. We appreciated the extra dishwashing pods and trash bags, which are usually limited in vacation rentals.
WORD OF CAUTION!! There is a raised platform near the entry and at the bottom of the stairs. A couple of us forgot it was there and stumbled off of it. There is a warning sign posted, but it is behind you when you enter, and if it is dark, you will not see it. Even with the lights on, my sister stumbled off that platform while heading to the living room.
We enjoyed our stay, and this rental allowed us to spend time together as a family before the extreme heat arrived.

The property was very clean with a well stocked kitchen and bedrooms/baths. Great to have the pool table and other games. Super easy access to the home and excellent communication from hosts. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Weekend Stay
We had an amazing stay! The house is lovely and massive so was great for a big group of girls. Eddie is super responsive and allowed us to easily extend our stay. The pool is so much fun and we enjoyed lounging in the spacious backyard. Will definitely recommend this property to friends visiting Vegas!

Great yard & great layout!
We booked this home to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family and it worked perfectly! The home is conveniently located to grocery stores, take-out & gyms. The kitchen was spacious enough for several people to be cooking at once. The family enjoyed playing pool, darts & the arcade games. Not much seating for TV watching however we didn't need that and my son enjoyed playing the Playstation (or Xbox?). It was convenient having a bedroom/bathroom downstairs and the upstairs bedroom with the bunkbeds worked great for the kids! The backyard was a very nice size and we enjoyed sitting on the outdoor couches! Communication with owner was great - thanks for making it such a great experience!

3 family weekend out- plenty of space indoors and out. Great towels (don’t laugh), plenty of toys like pool table and electron it games as well as outdoor games busy. Everyone love the pool.

Great location and home!
We stayed for a week at this property and had plenty to keep everyone busy and entertained. Quiet neighborhood, great location and easy access to anywhere you want to go! When we visit Vegs again we will definitely be staying at one of their properties again. Thanks for being wonderful hosts:)

Family Getaway
We celebrated our 30th anniversary with our two adult children and their significant others, meeting in Vegas for a long weekend. This house provided the perfect place for lots of shared meals, lounging time, visiting, and games. The location in Henderson is also very nice; a beautiful community with everything you could ever want or need and yet close enough to the Strip. (Ordered groceries from nearby Smiths grocerty store and was able to easily pick up when we arrived in town! ) Obviously, these are rare times and we were concerned about cleanliness and safety. The house was very clean and we felt confident it was sanitary. It was nice to be able to stay in for the majority of time and have plenty to do and enjoy. The pool and patio were our favorite part. The summer heat in Vegas is crazy so we spent the majority of our time outside. There's plenty of things to do, in terms of activities and games! The outside seating was terrific. Not really set up for a lot of lounging on couches inside but didn't need it. Very nice appliances! The property management company was attentive and professional.

Amazing Hosts!
I reserved this property as I was in-between moving from one property which I had sold into my new home here in Las Vegas.
