The apartment Sago 2 has 4 beds. Possibility of 1 extra bed. Great location by the beach on the south side of the island of Ciovo. From the site border it is 10 m to popular rocky beach. A small sandy beach that is child friendly is 80 m from the house. Cactus Cafe 100 m from the house. Walk along the beach. Several restaurants and supermarket in the immediate area.
The house is located at the bottom of a quiet return street in the residential area. Video and photo on Facebook "Apartment Sago".

All together very nice. 14 days without changing towels and bedlinnen - that is not ok. Some of the outdoor furnitures needs fixed.

We’ve just spent a week of our holiday staying at the Sago 2 apartment. And what a wonderful time we’ve had! Initially, we’d been a bit hesitant to book the apartment because of the mixed reviews but I’m so glad that we did. The views from the balcony are stunning and the shared terrace next to the beach offers a bit of privacy whilst you can watch the kids having fun in the sea. The water is gorgeous, crystal clear, and warm. It’s a great location for trips to Trogir, Split, and the Krka national park but we mostly enjoyed relaxing in our house bay. The flat itself is nice and has a lovely homely feel. The bedrooms are small but as we spend most of our time in the living room or outdoors it didn’t bother us too much. All in all a great place to stay and explore Croatia.

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist klasse. Zu Restaurants und Supermärkten muss man zwar etwas weiter laufen oder fahren, aber man hat direkten Zugang zum Wasser und sowohl vom Balkon als auch von der Terrasse aus einen tollen Blick auf das Meer, die Insel Šolta und die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe (auf einigen Bildern ist noch ein Baum zu sehen, den es nicht mehr gibt). Verkehrslärm gibt es praktisch nicht, allerdings ist alles dicht bebaut und man hat viele (teils feiernde) Urlauber um sich herum. Trotzdem kann man hervorragend entspannen. Die gemeinschaftlich mit dem Mieter von Apartment Sago 1 zu benutzende Terrasse ist sehr schön und bietet ab mittags auch etwas Schatten, um dort zu sitzen. Das zurzeit gezeigte Bild vom Schlafzimmer ist vom Apartment Sago 1. Das Schlafzimmer in Sago 2 ist - wie das ganze Apartment - nicht so schön, aber es ist sonst alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Nicht top-modern und nicht nagelneu, aber für durchschnittliche Ansprüche völlig in Ordnung. Das fensterlose Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen mit einigen Kalkresten und Fugenrändern, aber ansonsten sauber. Dank der Moskitonetze an den Fenstern ist man innen gut vor den Mücken geschützt, auf dem Balkon braucht man aber eigenen Mückenschutz. Klimaanlage haben wir nicht probiert, da wir es für eine ökologisch nicht tragbare Stromverschwendung halten. Die Küche ist akzeptabel ausgestattet; wir haben einen Eiswürfelbereiter und eine Kaffeemaschine vermisst. Keine Gewürze o. ä. vorhanden. Die Spülmaschine hat vieles nicht sauber bekommen. Die Betten sind nicht top, aber in Ordnung, wir haben gut geschlafen. Die lange Zufahrt ist sehr steil, fast 30 %! Unten muss man viel rangieren und man benötigt ein Auto mit genügend Bodenfreiheit. Mit Sportwagen oder großen SUVs wird es schwierig, und man sollte nicht zu den ängstlichen Fahrern gehören. Wenn viele Mieter in dem Haus und im Nachbarhaus sind, muss man sich arrangieren - es gibt genug Platz für ein Auto pro Wohnung, aber man muss hintereinander parken und sich gegenseitig Platz machen. Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter und der lokalen Agentur war nett und problemlos.

Worth consideration

Start with good ones. Property is at amazing location, wake up in the morning, go to balcony and you see amazing blue water. Quiet neighbourhood perfect for families. Owner very responsive. Thats where all the good ends. Apartment is in need of refurbishment, air conditioner doesn't do much must be from 40 years ago... sleeping us difficult as it is way too hot. We stayed 4 weeks. Bed mattresses are very unconditional, wame woth pillows, make sure you bring your own. Dishwasher is dqmaged, after you use it plates are dirtier than you put it in. House is down very steep hill be aware of your driving abilities before you go. And WASH and IRON your bedsheets and towels as you get charged from your deposit for it even tho noone says that's a case from the beggining, and its difficult if you leave in the morning and have children. Overall wouldn't come back unless qpartment is refurbished. I saw SAGO 1 and its done much much nicer.
