Comfortable, convenient location and hostvresponded well to any questions. Would recommend!

Location, comfy bed, heating, good shower

Only one bowl for eating, bit noisy as busy road, car alarm regularly went off. Owner asked for security deposit but waived this when we questioned it.

Great location, good place for short visit

Close to underground, near to everything

Great property for a short stay and easy to get into centre of London

Proximity to tube is fantastic. Nice quiet property. Plenty of dining opportunities within a stones throw and Holland Park is nearby which is beautiful.

Only issue are the curtains do not block the lights from the main road and so the room is very bright at night and can make it difficult to sleep

Disappointing, and not as advertised.

When we arrived at the flat, there was a large hair on the bedsheet, and the bedding generally smelt damp and must. To their credit, the owners sent someone round immediately, and supplied new pillows and a new mattress protector. The free tea and coffee was we.comes, and the wifi was very good.

The property was advertised as having ‘city views’. This is false and misleading. The view through the grimy windows is of Holland Road, looking over the building’s combined bin-bags (picture attached). A few other niggles such as the bathroom extractor fan not working, and what we thought was a fan turning out to be a heater, which looked pretty unsafe. Slippers being advertised but not actually included - sounds like a minor thing but if we had known we would have packed some! TV power cord not actually reaching the plug socket. Lots of notices regarding staying quiet so as not to disturb the neighbours, but the noise from above, the traffic noise and sirens from outside and the knocking on the door in the middle of the night disturbed us. Also weirdly, the wall mounted radiator on the pictures had gone, replaced by a large electric fire, which should be wall mounted but was actually just placed on the floor in the lounge area.

Great stay

It was very convenient and comfortable. I had doubts about the deposit by bank transfer at the beginning but spoke to Cindy and she reassured me. .We didn't experience any damage and had a full deposit returned as promised as a result. Would stay again

Great location. Cosy appartment

The hosts were very helpful, useful information was sent over before we arrived, also the security despoit was sent straight back quickly. The property is decorated nicely.

The actual flat has a thumb lock on the door which worried me about security. Also the shower head was very dirty.. not sure if it's limescale, rust or mould, the shower drain also didn't drain very well and you were stood in water a good 15 seconds after turning the shower off. You could hear the neighbours above, even quite late they were banging around - luckily this stopped after about 11.30pm and didnt keep us awake. The property was ok but we wouldn't stay again.

Superb

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment and Cindy was such a great host! The check-in process was seamless, and the apartment was 3mins walk from the Shepherd's Bush station - super convenient and a pleasant neighborhood! The apartment itself was fantastic - modern and clean with nice touches from the host! Such a comfortable stay and would highly recommend!

Great little flat - perfect for a couple.

Loved the modern decor and little home touches in the flat. We especially loved the location... The flat is a 2-min walk from Shepherd's Bust station and you're right on the Central line into central London from there - we were really pleased and feel like we landed VERY lucky with location. Vic and Cindy are exceptional hosts: very friendly and very quick in replying to messages, even when we'd messaged to just ask for restaurant recommendations. Our security deposit was returned quickly and in full and we're looking to go back to the same flat again in the Summer.

The only issue was the noise our second night. it's a period property, so we didn't expect silence, but the resident in the flat above must have been trying to get his step goal achieved for the day because s/he didn't stop walking across their flat between 23:45 and 01:45... all it'd take would be a tightening of their floorboards. HOWEVER, don't let this put you off - you'll be really pleased if you stay here!

Close to bus stop and underground. Cosy space.

Noisy street. No heating control: the heater you can switch on or off only, and it has a fan that produces extra noise. (I solved it somehow with heating by an oven)

Will not use again.

Nothing stands out but a reasonably comfortable bed.

Very small bathroom. Did not appreciate all of the shaggy type fabric during special cleaning expectations during a pandemic.

TERRIBLE NOISEY ROOM, AWFUL

This is not Luxury, it was awful, cheap uncomfortable bed and cheap bedding, A Primark tea towel to wipe your face in the bathroom, Black mouldy shower cubicle, cheap horrible mats, Dirty filthy mat next to bed, dirty smelly rug under the cheap settee, TV that doesn’t work no aerial, picture falling apart on the wall, Terrible noise from the busy road, A neighbour who lives above walking about constantly on the creaking floor boards, no soundproofing in the apartment, So if you like a nice quiet place with a comfortable bed DO NOT BOOK THIS ROOM, Most reviews must be fake , it’s awful.

Perfect Location

Lovely apartment situated so close to Westfield White City with a bus stop opposite the apartment taking you to High Street Kensington (10-15mins). Complimentary tea and coffee machine and very friendly hosts with great communication.

Bring Your Own Pillows and Mattress

The location is great and the flat is clean. Those are the highlights.

The photos definitely make it seem a lot better than it is. The bed and pillows are the most uncomfortable I’ve ever felt. Sleeping on the floor would have likely been more ideal. The couch is more for decoration than actually relaxing on and the tv doesn’t work unless you want to log into your individual apps. We weren’t in the room much, just for a quick wind down and shower in the evening before bed, so it was livable but would definitely not have selected here if I had known how uncomfortable the bed was going to be. Seriously considered going to TK Maxx and buying my own pillows to at least help a little. Also while the location is great— it’s super noisy. Be prepared to sleep with earplugs and white noise or some kind of sound from your phone to help drown out the street noises. The street remains quite busy at all hours. Earplugs alone didn’t cut it for me, personally. They did have some earplugs on the bedside table so I’m guessing this is a known thing.

Pleasant (but perhaps only 80% of the way towards being "luxury")

Well set up flat, good TV with netflix, good coffee machine, excellent wifi.

Being next to a main road with simple windows, there is understandable traffic noise. (Secondly I also saw a couple of ants, however this was very minor theme.)
