Great location but not as comfortable or clean as it should be

Location was great

This property would be more suitable for student accommodation rather than people on holidays. Done up on the cheap with a miss mash of fittings

Comfortable, value for money, central stay in Derry

The location was so central it couldn't have been closer, the street it was on was lovely and when the heating was on the place warmed up very quickly. Very convenient, neat and tidy. Perfectly spacious for two people.

The internet didn't work in the bedroom. The neighbour left the front door on the latch even when you closed it which was a little concerning. The master bedroom was a little damp so we had to keep the heating on most of the time. There weren't any plugs beside the bed.

Perfect location - cheap and cheerful

Location superb - near everything and a short walk home - up the steep hill, within the city walls and near all the good restaurants and pubs

Appartment is dated and no fresh air to run through - only just suitable to cook in - little things like a good toaster, shower mat to step out on, egg cups would all add to value of stay - otherwise it suited our needs and was cheap and cheerful, with an hours parking free outside. The Bishops Gate carpark for overnight - go back for 8.30 in the morning

Easy access to city centre

There was one guy upstairs when my wife went outside for a cigarette he abused my wife asking if he could come in side and getting angry with her he was drunk but that is no excuse also no hot water working anytime

A decent budget place to stay.

Could have been more modern. Most of the stuff looked like it had been picked up in a car boot sale, lol.

unfortunately with no fault of the owner, people upstairs had let their dog poo all over the back yard, they didn’t lift it, good job no children where out there, not good at all

I would recommed this place to stay David is a lovely guy and apart from the iron situation perfect

The location couldnt off been better. Right in centre of town.

It could be a little noisy althoguh this was no issue for us. Our biggest problem was there is no iron. This meant I had to go to a nearby hotel to have my clothes ironed which was a niusance.

Fabulous location in the heart of Derry

Perfect location for a trip to Derry, we were right in the heart of everything we needed. It's a good sized apartment so works as a great base for a holiday.

Great location, within the city walls, nearby parking, £5.40 for the full day. Great value, would recommend

The only negative was the attention to detail on the housekeeping. Bedding and towels were clean but some areas were overlooked, wouldn't stop us returning.
