Really good stay! Recommend for solo travelers. Really good for the money you pay.

It was quiet, clean and organized. Tania is really nice and I felt like I had the house for myself which I loved since I really needed to rest before my flight. Good shower, good room.

For me was just hard to get to the house from the airport since I didn’t want to spend a lot of money on transportation. But if you don’t mind spending the money it’s all good.

Horrible experiencia

Llegué al hospedaje en la noche y no había nadie para recibirme. Es demasiado lejos de todo, me sentí botado en ese lugar y afortunadamente una chica que vive en el conjunto llegó en ese momento y pude entrar porque literal estar en la calle. Llamé y llamé a la persona del alojamiento y me cansé de tocar la puerta, y nadie respondió. Tuve que llamar un taxi para que me llevara a buscar un hotel a las 11 pm en el centro de Cancún. Horrible experiencia!

Demasiado lejos de todo, cero ubicación turística. La casa no la conocí por dentro pero afuera habían sábanas de cama y mucho desorden. Ya con eso me hice una idea de que cómo sería por dentro. La plata que pagué por 4 noches en ese alojamiento se perdió.

The host is very friendly and was kind enough to help me change money. She also showed me a local food place which was absolutely lovely!

the location is not in central but half way between centre and airport where I stay for one night to take a flight next

the hostel is super clean and tidy with air conditioner and fan. and the room has the most cozy bed i tried in my trip and a little sofa nearby a large window. and there is a super lovely cat around

A room in a house far from anything

I thought it was an “Inn” but it’s a house in a giant gated community. It is far away from the airport, so in the end I spent more money than I would in an hotel in downtown. If the objective is only a night of sleep to get to the airport, I’d definitely recommend a hotel room in downtown

Good stay

We only stayed for one night with a late arrival and early departure. We didn't see the host a lot but she communicated very good in advance for a smooth check-in and arranging a transfer to the airport. The location is ok, several supermarkets and restaurants nearby and in a protected area and circa 30 minutes to the airport.

Perfect room for 1 night stay after flying to Cancun airport. The host was lovely, super helpful and responsive. The room and bathroom were clean and we had AC. The property was secure and in a safe neighbourhood.

The owner of the place is a super nice woman, who is super helpful and looks after the place and your comfort really good, it is also a pretty nice place for the price, and definitely a super good choice for low budget, backpacking etc. I'll definitely come back!!

The host is a very lovely lady who is open to give you information on where to go and what to see in Cancun and its surroundings. The room has air conditioning and the bed is very comfortable. There is wifi and the possibility to use the kitchen. It has everything you need! I stayed there 2 nights with my partner and we had a very positive experience :) The best way to arrive from the city center is by taxi which costs around 6USD (150MX pesos).

The neighbourhood was very safe and the landlady was nice.

This was the last place we stayed at in Mexico and it was definitely the worst. The place was fithly, we had huge red ants in our room and the bathroom was pretty gross…

amazing host

the woman who rents out the rooms is amazingly sweet! some of our stuff got stolen from our checkt-in lugage. the host offerd to declare this with the police in cancun! she had really usefull tips about cancun and how to easely get around the cheapest way. the bed was really nice and everything was very clean. airconditioning is there and being able to use the kitchen (which is very complete) was great!

It was hard to find. taxidriver had no idea where he needed to go

Best vacation experience in Cancun

Oriana is very friendly and nice! She helped me to travel sightseeing locations in Cancun and Tulum and gave me good information of how to take cheap local bus and van, and I was able to enjoy long vacation while saving money. The house is very comfortable in a safe and quiet residential area and Oriana always clean! Also, there are walmart and convenience stores near the house so it is easy to buy food and cook
