Péssima, se soubesse teria ficado em outro lugar.

Da localização

Estávamos em três pessoas deixaram apenas duas toalhas no quarto e nenhum cobertor. Fui a recepção pedir e me disseram que não havia toalhas nem cobertores limpos pois estavam todas lavando. Tivemos que dividir duas toalhas e dormir sem cobertor. Eu nunca vi um negócio desse na minha vida, um hotel não ter toalhas limpas nem cobertor. Como se não bastasse funcionária agiu como se eu estivesse errada em pedir e questionar sobre não ter, me tratando de uma forma desagradável e ríspida.

La cama era muy confortable y el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien

Habían cucarachas en la habitación y cuando le dijimos a las personas de recepción lo ocurrido nos dijeron que nosotras habíamos traído la cucaracha cuando claramente no fue así ya que desde el primer día vimos una pequeña y ya al tercer día aparecían más, creo que el trato con sus huéspedes no es el adecuado esa noche que vimos la cucaracha más grande no hicieron nada al respecto y tuvimos que dormir con miedo en la habitación… no fue cómodo para nada y nunca hubo una disculpa de por medio. Ya al otro día nos cambiaron de habitación pero por presión nuestra ya que ellos no tenían muy buena comunicación ni atención, lamentable.

Tiene una buena ubicación

El personal muy antipatico, le pedimos el favor al chico de recepción que nos ayudara a conseguir un taxi desde el día anterior porque salíamos muy temprano y al otro día a las 6 am nos mandó para la calle con maletas y dijo que debíamos conseguirlo nosotros. El clóset tenía cucarachas y 2 almohadas tenían las fundas rotas

Perfecta ubicación. Personal amable. Habitación amplia y cómoda. Todo muy limpio y todo funcionaba bien

Lo único es que tienen muy pocas toallas de playa, si no se madruga a pedir a las 7am no se alcanzan toallas.

Su ubicación, la atención de quienes laboran allí, al ingreso del hotel si uno viene lleno de tierra se puede utilizar una ducha que allí se encuentra, agua caliente en la ducha, la piscina es acogedora, tener cajas fuertes.

Encontré unas cucarachas en la habitación.

Muy buen alojamiento con una excelente atención!

Un hotel muy bien ubicado en el centro de San Andrés Islas, con muy buena atención por parte de todo el personal, la habitación es bien amplia y cómoda! Nos permitieron guardar maletas tanto antes del ingreso, como después de la entrega de la habitación. Muy recomendable.

Que no incluyera servicio de restaurante. Aunque en la zona se consigue con facilidad.

Una gran elección

El tamaño de las habitaciones hace muy placentera la estadía, la cama era muy grande y cómoda, además de todos los servicios como el aire, tv, luces y almohadas, la localización frente a Bancolombia y a dos cuadras del Bulevar. Solo una cosa...

Es que uno entiende, es una isla, pero hay que tener cuidado con el aseo en las zonas húmedas como el baño y el manejo de los insectos aun mas cerca a la madera. De resto es un excelente hotel

Ubicación, decoración , personal, la piscina y la terraza muy buena para pasar un rato en familia

Rapporto vicinanza/prezzo ottimo!

Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti da Gary che con simpatia ed educazione ci ha spiegato qualche cosa su San Andres velocemente per poi assegnarci la stanza comoda dotata di aria condizionata e tutti i confort (cassaforte, letti matrimoniali comodi, TV)

Purtroppo come nella maggior parte degli hotel del sud / centro america manca pressione nella scatola del wc dunque molte volte lo scarico del bagno non andava, l acqua essendo desalinizzata inoltre ha un componente di cloro davvero significativa ciò potrebbe causare bruciore mentre ci si fa la doccia.

The location of the hotel is excellent because it is easy to find everything nearby, beach, shops, restaurants, dock

A rather gigantic room for only two people, the water in the bathroom is not suitable for human consumption and has a strange smell that remains on your skin, there were cockroaches when we arrived.

The rooms are not clean and look like a hospital room, a really strong smell of sewage in the bathroom and a really strong smell of chlorine. What you see in the pictures on booking is really not what you see in reality. Our experience was not fun from the place

Great location, friendly staff, huge and clean rooms

Great location, great value for money, huge rooms, friendly staff, helpful and patient for us when we only speak a little Spanish! Kept our bags for 5 hours when we checked out and allowed us to shower before our flight! We will be back!

Terrible!!! Run away!!!

Nothing. We left after we figure out the smell of water and cockroaches (I killed 5 in 5 minutes). The shower water smelled like sewage. We still trying to receive our money back. I left the place and took another hotel.

Passable

The staff was really nice and the hotel is very close to the beach.

There was a terrible smell in all the areas, the pool was very dirty and there was so much noise during the night. We couldn't sleep at all.

Clean, friendly hotel!

Staff were kind and helpful. The staff didn't speak any English so communicating was hard, but luckily one of the cleaners spoke English and she was SO helpful - promote her to reception! The room was always clean and tidy when we got back after a day out. Hotel is so central.

We had no shower head when we arrived and had to wait a full day for this to be fixed. Check in process is too long.

location is AMAZING, in the best part of the island! we have done everything by foot and it was super close and safe. also is close to all the best stores. the bed was super comfortable.

Big room, quite new furniture, central location

In the first days the water was smelling, then the problem was fixed, but most part of the time was gone. Check in was not so fast: I had to wait for one hour before receiving the room. The amount of towels provided was just one per person and they were quite old.

Dirty and moldy

We supposed to stay here for 2 nights, but we left after 1st night (we stayed 1 night only because we got there very late at night, and didnt know where else to go, otherwise we would have left right away after our arrival). Place was dirty and moldy - please do not let the name of the hotel and pictures fool you…I told receptionist via translator that we will leave in the morning and won’t stay 2 nights and she was very nice and was sorry and said that she will get everything ready for the morning shift and they will give us money back for the second night. But morning shift was acting weird about it, we had to come back later for our money and they took their old sweet time to do everything…This place was like old, moldy and dirty hostel and not a hotel…Toilet didn’t flush at all, room smelled bad from mold, you could hear everything from the hallways, I was only awaiting cockroaches to welcome us…buckets with dirty water were in the hallway when we got to the hotel at night and were there next day too…DO NOT STAY HERE (rather go literally 10 steps, right across the street to WH Hotel - same price, new, clean and not run down (yet) - we stayed there the 2nd night)…

Great location and price

Location, close to the beach and places for shopping. Very good price, we were a group of friends so we stayed in two rooms for 5 each

Checkin process too long, paper format repeating information over and over, like half hour to register all. It could be improved to be more effective since people arrive wanting to enjoy or have some rest
