Einfach immer wieder schön

Die Lage, das Personal- es stimmt einfach alles! In der Garage gegenüber kann man sein e-Auto bequem laden. Das Frühstück lädt zum Verweilen ein

Sehr hübsche Unterkunft in ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage

Tolle Lage-schön zentral und dennoch ruhig. Sehr schöne Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Ambiente

Wir hätten uns etwas mehr Auswahl beim Frühstück gewünscht, sowie mehr Zeit: wir durften uns nur einen Zeitrahmen aussuchen: 7-8 Uhr, 8-9 Uhr oder 9-10 Uhr. Ansonsten war das Frühstück aber lecker.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in Lüneburg und kommen gern wieder.

Helles, freundliches Doppelzimmer. Stylisches stufenfreies Bad. Äußerst aufmerksames Personal. Die sehr gute Lage des Hotels.

Nur ein Stuhl im Zimmer als Sitzmöglichkeit für zwei Personen.

Nächstes Mal nehmen wir ein anderes Zimmer.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück war spitze.

Die Sicherung ist öfters rausgesprungen, sodass man plötzlich unter der kalten Dusche stand. Vorbeifahrende Autos waren wegen dem Kopfsteinpflaster sehr laut. Die Treppe im Zimmer hatte keinen Nutzen und hat nur Platz weggenommen.

Netter Aufenthalt

Sehr interessanter Stil der Zimmer, dadurch, dass überall das alte Mauerwerk ist. Personal sehr freundlich u. aufmerksam. Ich hatte meine li. Hand im Gips. Die Bedienung hat sofort gefragt, ob sie mir beim Schneiden der Wurst helfen kann. Beim Frühstück, das sehr gut war, wurde mir selbstverständlich das Brot abgeschnitten. Große Flasche stilles Wasser auf dem Zimmer.

Das Einzelzimmer ist sehr klein. Es war nur ein Hocker da. Da ich nicht gern aus dem Bett fernsehe, fehlte mir ein Stuhl mit Lehne. Gern habe ich nachts das Fenster geöffnet. Das war mir zu unsicher, da es jeder im „Keller“ öffnen kann.

The breaskfast was good The staff was excelllent.

There was a high wooden step berween the room and bathroom and it was dangerous. In addition there was no handle to be secure in the shower.

Great architecture and set up of hotel rooms and other facilities; Room is excellent and spacious, walk-in shower is awesome; restaurant is welcoming, unfortunately i was there on Monday so didn't have chance to try the restaurant, beer was good though!

All great! only there is no air-co, but I can imagine as the hot summer is not really a thing until recent years...

The stay was excellent, and I would definitely stay there again.

Everyone was friendly and the hotel was clean and quiet. I liked the shaded outdoor area. The location was perfect for walking to the town and other sights. Once again, the staff was excellent, and I would recommend the hotel to anyone that would like to visit the hidden gem of Luneburg.

Our timing wasn't the best for the stay since the restaurant /bar was closed on both Sunday and Monday. I believe that the outside area is normally opened, however, it is based on the weather, so it was also closed on Monday.

Very nice place + great location

Very helpful staff at reception desk. Great location near Old Town (Alstadt) and adjacent to a small but very nice park. Nice room. Good breakfast with buffet and eggs to order.
