Schönes Appartement mit Meerblick

Sehr gute Unterkunft gegenüber vom Strand mit allem ausgestattet was man zur Selbstversorgung und Entspannung benötigt. Ich kann das Appartement weiter empfehlen!

Ich habe es leider versäumt in der Beschreibung nachzulesen, dass das benutzen der Klimaanlage mit zusätzlichen Kosten verbunden ist

Big, clean and nice apartment. We were welcomed by the owner of the apartment with lots of information about the area and fresh water. The owner of the apartment is a kind and helpful person. There is a sea view from the balcony. I can rate the whole thing with the highest number of stars.

It is in a great location, very close to the beach and to the bus stop if you want to get to Bari old town. The train station is also close, but you won't hear the trains in the flat. The flat is clean, well equipped, the host is kind and helpful. There was also a wery cosy baby bed, our daughter loved it.

The apartment is in a great location, near the beach but also near the main exit to all the little towns you must see when in heare. Close by is a free parking. The host is so kind. We really hope to return soon.

Pleasant

In principle it's a good apartment. It's clean and spacious with plenty of storage space for longer stays. Its more suited for family stays.

We booked the apartment only because it was advertised to have balcony with sea view. However, it was highly disappointing as the building is under repair and the balcony is covered as a construction site and is unusable. There is also construction going on in the backyard and it's noisy sometimes in the morning through the bedroom window. The apartment description says "CCTV camera in common area" which actually means it's above the entrance door inside the apartment. This made us very uncomfortable as we had the feeling of being watched while walking through the hallway to the living room. They also had the information about when we are going or coming to the apartment which is creepy and unnecessary. They also come to give/take the apartment keys personally from you so they don't necessarily need a CCTV to confirm the check-in/checkout time. For protection from robbery, the camera can actually be placed outside the apartment door or out in the balcony. The bedroom mattress is covered with a plastic protector which makes it a bit uncomfortable while sleeping. I would also request the owners to proved more blankets as we had only one thin blanket and no duvets. It was very cold in the night (End of October). Also, being an apartment stay with a kitchen it's normal that you would cook, but they do not provide the bare minimum cooking ingredients like salt and oil. The toilet paper is rationed with minimum rolls that they think are enough for you. (Please read the negative feedbacks as well where you will find the responses very unfriendly and also some people speak about the lack of enough toilet papers, CCTV) I think it's also very unnecessary to take 50€ as deposit upon arrival at the apartment. I think they can skip this part completely.

Don't hesitate and book!

Great place for families with small kids. Everything is around - clean sandy and shallow beach Pane e Pomodoro across the street (we literally went there just with towels). Great pizza next door and supermarket and grilled chicken 5 minutes walk over the train bridge. The apartment is clean and spacious enough for 4 people. Kitchen is well equipted - we easily made lunches and dinners several times. Train station is 10 minutes walk and brings you to Polignano a Mare in 40 minutes. The hosts are very helpful so we always agree on everything. This is the place where you want to return and explore more around.

Sweet summer appartment

We were there very early and we went on the beach but the weather was a bit cold. The communication with owners was good. Great view from the terrace of the place. The bedroom was quet and clean. Nice coffee in the kitchen and well equipped appartment.

No internet in the place. Not a problem because we had from our mobiles. Was a relaxing time overall.

I would recommend it to everyone who loves spacious apartments with a sea vew.

The apartment is fully equipped and welcoming. The host was waiting for us when we messaged them when we arrived. They showed us around, and there were some small "gifts" beside the towels: hairdryer, coffee maker, coffee, tea and so on. Our short stay was really pleasant there thanks to our hosts.

Great place for holiday in Puglia

Great apartament a stones throw away from Pane e Pomodoro beach. Had a great time with the kids. Paolo is very helpfull with answering any questions. High recommendation from me.

Excellent ! Close to the beach !

Almost everything. A lovely flat and a great location. The owners are very nice and always ready for assistance and advice.

It would be useful to have an air-condition facility also in kitchen, because we cooked a lot there...

Superb

Location perfect. 2 min walk to beach if that. Down stairs pizza open very late for 5 euro for a large pizza. Balcony nice size with the sun shining on it all day till the evening. You can sit there and enjoy the view from the sea. Bedroom very big. Parking everywhere for 1euro between 08:00 - 20:00 then free at night. Was a great stay. Night walking along the cost to the old city was so pleasant. Defo would stay again. The host was very friendly and always on the phone with advise if needed.

Very good

The host was extremely friendly and helped us with everything. The beach is just two minutes away and the view on the sea from the balcony is very nice. The apartment was clean, pizza&pasta just few steps away and supermarket 5 mins. We only missed a bottle opener for wine :) and air-condition in the bedroom. All in all, we enjoyed very much our stay at Paola's.

We missed the air-condition in the bedroom and some equipment in the kitchen (bottle opener, large bowl, tissues...).
