This place was fantastic! It was centrally located, with Walmart nearby. We had enough beds and bathrooms for 7 ladies. We loved that each room had a private bathroom. A couple things I wish I had known before arriving: coffee is not included. There are 2 coffee makers and filters, but no coffee. There was only a small amount of dish soap and 2 dishwasher tabs. There is only one set of kitchen linens with no drying rack. Tissues are not provided and only the partial roll of toilet paper is what you get to start with. The bathroom rugs seemed very old and dirty. The bathrooms and decor throughout could use some updating. Thankfully there is a vacuum to help keep the sand swept up. This place has an amazing view! It's quiet, unless there are kids running around above, but other than that it was a great place to make some memories.

This room had everything we needed to cook for our family! The views were amazing from the 21st floor!! Very clean and laid out very nicely! The only issue with the Ocean Ritz is both grills did not work! We brought all of our stuff own to the grills and could not get them lit! I know this is not the condo owners issue but maybe they can relay the message. Just go with charcoal!

Some damages and not clean when we arrived. Furniture are not as new as the photos show. WiFi was very bad, and living room Smart TV is not "SMART", it was buffering every 5 or a few minutes while we were trying to watch Olympic games.

Our group of 6 comprised of 4 adults and 1 teen and this condo fit our needs great! We were on the 21st floor which had exceptional beachfront views and sunrises and sunsets. We spent most of our time on the balcony listening to the ocean waves!
We all had our own space which was nice as well as space together in the middle livingroom, dining table or kitchen. There are only 2 elevators to accommodate 25 floors but wait time wasn’t too bad.
There is a small pool on property but we opted to be on the beach instead taking advantage of the 2 complimentary beach lounge chairs and umbrella.
The parking garage was noted that it could not fit large vehicles, however, we were able to fit our Chevy Suburban in the lot no problem. The only thing to note though is that the entry and exit is toght so if you are not a confident driver in small spaces, then use the lot across the street.
Location is great to many restaurants and shops within walking distance as well as a short drive too.
We really enjoyed our stay and staff was very responsive!

The condo is beautiful & we very much enjoyed the huge balcony. Spacious & comfy beds, location was perfect but providing one parking spot for a 4 bedroom condo is unsuitable. We had issues with the sliding door to the balcony that was resolved by maintenance immediately.
However the main issues; the bathrooms & floors were filthy! The washer has mold around the ring, the master bath had black mold/mildew inside the jets of the tub. The bathroom sinks had black mold/mildew under the lips of the sink. The bathroom rugs look like they have never been washed & were also filthy! Being charged a $300 cleaning fee when it was not clean & we had to clean it ourselves is not acceptable.

Everything was convenient to this property. The condo was perfect for our family and the balcony and the furniture on the balcony was so comfy we never sat inside. It’s an older condo so yes there are some things that are a little worn. We had a great time!!

Enjoy the stay very much. The balcony was the best. My only complaint was the floors were very dirty and parking was a little bit difficult and I would have loved a little bit bigger kitchen. Overall it was awesome. I highly recommend this place.

The condo was very dirty. The amount of dust all over the furniture and fans was disgusting. There was a massive amounts of mold growing on the shower curtains. They provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom only and only 2 garbage bags in the kitchen. Each bathroom had light bulbs that were burnt out and not working. Over all i would not recommend staying in this condo.

This is our second time staying at this property. We enjoy its location for a large group. We didn’t do much, enjoy the elevator situation. One elevator was inoperable making the wait time lengthy to say the least. There were t very many towels for 9 people, and the drains in the primary bathroom needs attention. Other than that. Great place. We would stay again.

Bathroom tub would not drain, sink had barely no cold water coming out. Parking is absolutely horrible!!!! Only one space per unit and overflow was almost always taken. The other garage listed is over a mile away and not convenient to walk aback and forth. Many parking spots were taken by people that were not even at the condo. It was nice being on the beach and close to other places. The condo could have been cleaner. There was pink mold on the shower curtain of the tub that didn't drain. Tables were dirty. Overall an okay stay but probably not returning to this condo.

This condo is beautiful. It has high ceilings and so much room. It is truly spacious and was very clean. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the views are amazing. The bathrooms are well stocked and clean as well.
Having said that, I could never recommend this condo to anyone. The parking is basically nonexistent and incredibly difficult. Unloading suitcases, groceries, or even going to dinner is a huge inconvenience.
Additionally, there is one working elevator for 22 floors. I had seen this issue listed in reviews over the last several years but could not imagine it had not been addressed. As it turns out, it has not been addressed. We waited anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to get on the elevator. And then the unthinkable happened. While on the bottom floor, the one working elevator quit working. My pregnant daughter was forced to climb the stairs. And truly, an elderly person or someone in poor health might not have made it.
What I learned on this vacation is that beauty and space can not trump safety and functionality.

Fabulous deck to enjoy view of water and enjoy eating water side. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and spend time together. Well equipped kitchen for meal prep and to sit at the table for 8 and enjoy dinner and conversation.

This place was great. The balcony was amazing and we were able to watch dolphins and enjoy beautiful sunsets from it. The building is right across from the daiquiri shack and a nice coffee/breakfast place. The only complaint was that one elevator was not working. This made catching the elevator that was working hard at certain times.

The condo, balcony view & beach were outstanding, clean roomy & well equipped. I read several previous reviews regarding the difficult parking and thought "okay if its just inconvenient parking then we can deal with it" However, The assigned parking place for this unit is not usable if you have anything larger than a Minicooper...BUT your Minicooper will definitely scrape bottom on the garage floor. BE PREPARED TO PAY FOR PARKING IN THE CITY LOT ACROSS THE STREET. unloading and loading your vehicle is also a major challenge. Lastly, there is only one working elevator working, and it broke down on Saturday evening of our stay and we missed our dinner reservations

Parking Space Needs To Be Addressed
This is second consecutive year we have rented the unit. Our overall experience was pretty good. The unit is beginning to show a little wear on the walls and in the bathroom. The major complaint we have is with the assigned parking space. The unit only provides one space and the location of the space is terrible. It is a small, corner space right against the garage concrete wall. A vehicle of any size outside of a very compact car not only is difficult to park, but almost impossible to pull out of. It takes a spotter and a lot patience to pull out of the space. I know there is one overflow space provided and a paid parking area; however, it would be nice to have a more suitable space when you have two vehicles.

Very spacious and great location
This was a 4 bedroom unit. It is very spacious and has plenty of room for sitting and eating. I would stay in this unit again, however here are a few negatives.
This unit is on the 21st floor and the elevators kept having issues where only one would work at a time. Actually getting on an elevator on Saturday when everyone was checking is was not a pleasant experience.
The furniture was a little worn and there were a couple of barstools that were broken and couldn't be used.
Prior to arrival I knew that the reserved parking spot could not accommodate a large vehicle. However when I saw the parking spot, I actually questioned if it was a real parking spot or not. Extremely hard to park due to the layout of the parking garage.
Loved the beach and the kids really enjoyed the pool.

This trip was supposed to be very special, I took my wife kids and my mother out of town for mother's day, my younger brother oassed in February and I knew this was going to be a hard mother's day for my mother, I shouldn't have had to worry about cleaning. The location was the best part about this property. The cleanliness was horrible, roaches, Shower curtains looked as if they hadn't been changed in years! EWW The covers had stains and were itchy! The communication was horrible I called the property manager multiple times no answer! Our check in was at 3 they called and asked if we could check in at 5 because the room hadn't been cleaned, just very unprofessional overall.

Great balcony
This property has a great location but needs a major update. When we arrived, the property was not clean (microwave dirty, tubs with sand). It honestly did not feel clean when I walked in. The property manager immediately sent over which was great but why was it dirty in the first place. The kitchen was stocked but very outdated - pans with coating removed, utensils worn out, broken stools. This property can be great if it is updated.

Cockroach Infested with Terrible Customer Service - Do Not Stay Here
I must say that we are deeply disappointed by our experience at this unit, and with their customer service in particular. We have traveled widely around the world and have used an array of different platforms, but we have never been this disturbed by either the condition of a home, or the lack of help in mitigating the problems. Specifically, there is an ongoing and serious infestation of cockroaches throughout this property, likely a result of its general uncleanliness. It is impossible to use the kitchen as a result as any food is immediately covered in bugs. We contacted the company promptly about this problem once we arrived, and were told - 24 hours later, I might add - that they would try and send maintenance. That never happened. We wound up cutting our trip short, but never received even so much as an apology, to say nothing of a refund. In our opinion, this unit should be de-listed from VRBO.

Great short notice booking
Had a trip planned at another location that Sally impacted. Was able to make a very short notice booking here. The place was very easy to find. The unit is perfect for a friends trip as each bedroom had an en-suite bath. Well-stocked kitchen; large balcony; direct beach access; and walking distance to many things. Definitely will stay again.
