The living/dining room is equipped with a double sofa bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long), a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. There is an electric heating system installed. The kitchenette is well-appointed with four hot plates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. On the main floor, you will find a bathroom/WC or shower/WC. The upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, consists of three rooms with sloping ceilings. The first room has a French bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long) and an exit leading to a balcony. The second room offers two sleeping facilities (2 x 80 cm wide, 190 cm long), while the third small room has a single bed (80 cm wide, 190 cm long). There is also a bathroom/WC on this floor.
