Unit Layout
The "Atlantic Green V8I" is a spacious and bright 5-room house with a total area of 130 square meters. The property features a tasteful and cozy furnishing, including a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration purposes only), a dining table, and satellite TV access. The living/dining room provides access to the terrace.
One of the rooms is equipped with a dressing room and a French bed (160 cm wide, 200 cm long), as well as a double hand-basin and access to the terrace. Another room has two beds and a shower/WC, while the third room offers two beds and an exit to the terrace. The fourth room also has two beds.
Amenities Included
The property boasts an open kitchen that is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a bathroom, two separate WCs, and a double hand-basin. The house is heated using electric heating, and the terrace is roofed, providing an ideal outdoor space with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs.
Other Information
The "Atlantic Green V8I" offers several convenient facilities, including a washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, and a baby cot (available upon request). Internet access is available via a mobile WiFi hotspot at the reception (additional fees may apply). Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and a maximum of two pets/dogs are allowed. For your safety, the property is equipped with a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher. The final cleaning of the kitchenette is arranged by the owner.
