The "Club Royal Aquitaine" offers a 4-room house with a comfortable living area of 90 square meters. The living/sleeping room features a double sofa bed, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a TV with an exit leading to the terrace. There is one room with a French bed, a bathroom, and a double hand basin, also providing access to the terrace. Additionally, there is a room with two beds and another room with a French bed.
Amenities Included
The property boasts an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also includes a shower/WC, a separate WC, and electric heating. Outside, you'll find a 50-square-meter terrace, partially roofed, with terrace furniture. Other amenities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, and a baby cot. Please note that this is a non-smoking house, and it is equipped with a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher.
