Plek om weer naar terug te keren

Fantastische ligging! Vlakbij Museumplein (Depot, Kunsthal), nieuwe Luxor en vlakbij leuke cafes en eeterijen. De studio was dikke PRIMA! Nespresso koffie, magnetron, koelkast, eettafel bankje, goede douche en niet te vergeten seperate wc! Bed lekker groot, ik was samen met mijn dochter en we kwamen elkaar niet tegen in bed ;) De host Tam hebben we niet gezien maar we hadden contact via de app en zij / hij reageerde super snel. Rotterdam vind ik geweldig en ik heb nu een studio gevonden waar ik weer naar terug wil.

We hebben een heerlijk weekend gehad in de studio, op loopafstand vh centrum en (betaald) parkeergelegenheid bij de stud

Eigenaar goed bereikbaar via booking en later ook de mogelijkheid tot bellen/appen. Duidelijke informatie over in en uitchecken. Studio is gezellig en goed ingericht, heel hygiënisch!

No breakfast provided. Location was good.

No hand towels or face cloths. Dishes, only one set, not good for eating at the apartment, needed more bowls, no paper towels. Need more basic kitchen utensils.

such a great stay i had!

it was great stay for me! super clean and had central location. it has good coffee machine made me so happy! it was a kind essential for me. :) entering with a code. host was so kind and friendly. our communication was so easy, Tam was such a friendly owner! if i come again, Tam’s studio will be my first option.

Quality studio but lacks very basic kitchen utensils, crockery or cutlery.

Everything large new. High spec toilet and bathroom normally or a standard found in a five-star hotel. Easy clean nano glass in bathroom, keeps area looking clean. Bed very large and mattress very comfortable. Double hand basin of high quality in bathroom Key coded entry – very useful as keys not needed. Good location and quiet area. Plenty of thick quality towels provided. Plenty of coffee pods and milk capsules for coffee machine. Room quite spacious and very clean. Good dining area.

Extra bedding needed during winter months as duvet only lightweight ie spare blanket. No bed lamps for reading. Only two pillows, which does not give back support if watching TV. No floor towel or mat when using shower. No dryer for washing clothes No bottle opener or corkscrew for opening wine bottles. No complimentary soap for washing as an option to liquid soap. No teaspoons for coffee or tea cups. No welcome pack, explaining local sites, shops, restaurants. (Though not entirely necessary usually provided by most hosts). No instructions for using microwave, or air conditioner, radiator, egg boiler, though you can download from Google the same. You do not meet the host though he is very responsive and helpful online. No microwave dishes or cover or clingfilm to prevent splashes. No spatula for stirring food or utensils for serving food. No kitchen knife for cutting food ie salad. No table mats which are essential for putting hot microwaved food onto table to prevent damage. No bread knife though bread board provided. Dishwasher provided but very little crockery or cutlery to wash, which renders it unnecessary.

Cosy one-room flat, quiet with closed windows, centrally located. Nice cafes and restaurant within walking distance. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, separate toilet. Handover of keys uncomplicated by pin. Contact with the landlord was reliable. Kitchenette (without cooker) well maintained. However, we always ate out. Ventilation possible via front door or slot above the front door

Our stay was very great there, everything was nearby and in short walk away. The host was also very nice and friendly. T

The bed was comfortable and sleep was excellent there. There was enough space to put our things and almost everything what we needed was there. We liked that there was closet with extra towels and with showers stuffs.

Because we stayed long there, we couldn’t make food, because there is no oven and stove. In addition we would have liked to use some floor mop or some brush there to clean.

Spacious and clean room, decent location. Would recommend.

Apartment was VERY spacious for 2 people. Plenty of room to open up 2 big luggages (with room to spare). Spacious bathroom, comfortable bed. Apartment was very clean. Free bottles of water provided as well which is always handy. Decent location, About a 15 min walk from Rotterdam Centraal (with big luggage, 10 mins otherwise). 5-10 min walk from restaurants, and bars. Check-in process was very easy. Communication with the host was excellent.

Although the apartment is on a quite street, it is very close to a main road (with bars etc), so there were a fair few people passing by and you could hear them. Light sleepers might wake up.

Perfect studio accommodation with helpful, responsive landlord.

The accommodation was very welcoming even though we arrived 30 minutes earlier than we should have (the room was still being cleaned). The landlord arrived just then and said we could leave our luggage and come back a bit later. He made sure we could work the key code lock. We felt 'at home' from the first minute. We needed to call the landlord when our window blind got stuck and he was very responsive, coming to sort it straightaway. We liked the thoughtful provision of tea, coffee, and toiletries. Bedlinen and towels were very clean and lovely quality. Not speaking any Dutch, we were pleased to be able to get BBC TV in English. We hope to return to Tam Tam Studio next time we're in Rotterdam.

Tam studio is a really nice place to stay. The studio is spacious, confortable and clean. It is also very well located, in the center of Rotterdam and near the train station. Tam is very nice and reactive ! In short, we had a nice journey there and we recommend this place !

it’s really spacious and tidy. The location is good, walking to center station is around 10 min. the host is really nice and helpful. Free bottled water is a plus.

in the bath room, when you turn on the light, the ventilation is on automatically, and it is quite loud. but never mind, it’s a small flaw

Overall great experience and with small improvements would stay again :)

The property was immaculate and the location was great, short walk to the Main Street with restaurants and close to the train station. It felt safe and quiet.

Our stay would have been improved if there was a microwave in the kitchen and an iron for our clothes. A small tip as well would be to add a big rug or/and bathroom mats as the floor is very cold.

Spacious very clean and comfortable and a great location. Stylishly furnished and the bathroom in particular was impressive. Lots of bars, cafes and shops within minutes walking distance

Odd that the kitchenette had no cooking facility (not a problem for us though as it has coffee machine toaster and fridge) items like a bottle opener and corkscrew should be provided too.
