WOW! Ocean Views for Miles! This is one of the prime locations at North Coast Village, looking straight down the beach to the Oceanside Pier from your own patio and grassy yard! The charming living room is a delightful and comfortable retreat after a day fun in the sun and waves, with a queen size sofa bed, love seat, and recliner. A cozy fireplace completes the warm and colorful ambiance. Breakwater Beach Cottage is a corner unit, which means it has extra windows for additional light.
As you're standing at your kitchen sink, you can look down the beach and past the Pier for miles, or enjoy a cup of coffee at the bistro table with an ocean view. The kitchen provides dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils in case you want to cook breakfast or even full meals.
The primary bedroom has the same great ocean and beach views, and a new, oh-so-comfy Beauty Rest Pillow Top king size bed. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the second bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has twin beds, also Beauty Rest. You'll find a pack n play crib in the condo for little ones.
As you walk through the staffed secure gate to oceanfront North Coast Village, you are transported to a tropical oasis reminiscent of the Costa Rican Rain Forest. Running streams, waterfalls, lush foliage, and Koi meander through the spacious grounds of this resort-like beachfront condominium complex in Oceanside California.
You will notice the crystal clear heated pool and spa, gleaming barbecues, convenient picnic tables, sand rinsing stations to remove the lingering beach. If you need a break from sun and surf, you might enjoy a game of pool, a jog on a treadmill in the exercise room, a little ping pong, or a sauna. Feeding our giant Koi is a simple pleasure not to be missed during your Oceanside visit.
When you venture through the back gates, you find yourself on one of North San Diego County’s finest beaches: broad and flat with volleyball, and great surf breaks - right out back!

We stayed in this rental 2 years ago when meeting with family and friends. When the opportunity to return became an option, we knew this rental was the perfect option. Needless to say, we love this rental. The location is perfect to the beach. You can see the beach from your back door and is easy access for bathroom breaks, food or a nap. The gates make you feel secure for small kids to play on the grass. I even appreciate the parking spot is so close in the garage for easy loading and unloading. We will return again and again!

Absolutely Amazing!!! Wake up every morning to drinking coffee while looking at the ocean was remarkable includes a view while cooking breakfast for the kids. Plenty of space to spread out to include a pull out couch. Plus the onsite amenities were amazing (pool table, ping pong, gym, and a swimming pool). This place is a hidden gem and rented at a reasonable price. Loved the stay and would highly recommend.

Check in instructions are easy to follow and simple. The condo was just like the pictures and right by the beach! They were finishing the sand moving project the first day, but it didn't impact us and how much we enjoyed the place. Everything was clean. The beach chairs and beach towels were great. The overall condo property is well maintained and beautiful. Rent e-bikes to explore the town!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Unfortunately we weren’t informed that there would be loud construction right next to the pool throughout our entire stay so that made for a much less relaxing experience but the location of the complex was great. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living area were also very clean and well taken care of but I’d suggest a deep clean of the kitchen, particularly the floors. Other than that everything was great!

This unit is a few steps away from the beach and a few low cost improvements away from this being a terrific unit. The view is a look down the beach from a nice patio or from the living room couch. We have recommended a few low cost improvements to the owner. We are definitely coming back next year. The attributes of this unit far outweigh the few improvements we have recommended.

From the moment that we walked into the complex it felt like you were in a total vacation spot from the lash greenery, to the Koi ponds and waterfalls. The pool and hot tub were lovely. The laundry room with the WASH app was difficult as there isn’t good cell service in the that building.
The issue we had was with the upkeep of the unit. The refrigerator was not keeping out items to the temp that it should be and had broken seals on both the freezer and refrig. We noticed it was leaking, rust of the doors. We contacted the PM and they ended giving the owner of the unit the option to fix or replace. This Refrigerator needs to be replaced however, the owner decided to fix the seals only (which did not happen while we were there). The kitchen faucet at some point was replaced and they didn’t but the right size so they had to chip into the counter top to make this one fit. The glass on the coffee table, and the side table in the family room were broken at some point and not replaced, one of the lamps where they broken glass perhaps happened before had a broken switch so you had to unplug it to turn it on and off. There is carpet in the hallway and in the bedrooms, which is probably not the best for a oceanside unit when you have to keep the windows open because there is no air-conditioning and you have to keep the windows open to let any cross breeze through. The location was excellent. I just wish that the owner would take more pride in their property.

My wife and I, and another couple we are friends with decided to take a last-minute weekend get away vacation to Oceanside. The Beach Cottage was perfect for 2 couples. We loved that it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The condo was in great condition and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, and the management company was very nice and helpful. We have stayed in this development before, however, this condo's location was by far our favorite. Perfect ocean view, and right on the beach. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We have stayed at Northcoast Village at least 10+ times and multiple times in unit D13. My family loves the D13 location as it is convenient to the beach and has nice views of the ocean. Overall, the unit is comfortable and clean.. The stay could be improved with a new mattress for the king bed in the primary bedroom. It sags and has lost its supportive qualities which makes sleep more difficult. We hope to stay in the unit again in the future.

The view and location of the property were amazing - we thoroughly enjoyed how close we were to the beach!We were a bit disappointed though with the ant issues in the unit. For $400 a night we should not have to deal with ants in our beds or in the kitchen. Raid in the rooms to use on them is not a good enough solution. We have had ants in our own home before - you need an exterminator to come out and spray for the ants, not just Raid to use. When you are spending $400 a night, the place should be clean.With a cleaning fee of $300 for a small condo, you could pay for an exterminator after every single renter.

The location was perfect with beautiful views of the ocean and pier. The room was mostly updated and the sectional sofa was comfy. However, there is a major ant problem. Armies of ants, not just a few here and there. There were hundreds to thousands in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and I didn’t sleep well for fear they were climbing so near to my toddler’s bed. When I called the mgmt company, they just said there should be bug spray under the sink, which I didn’t want to use since I had an infant too. They eventually brought ant baits halfway through our trip. The TV didn’t work well either.

We did have an ant issue but know this is an issue with a lot of places by the beach. The tv also had issues like the sound was going out. This rental is close to the beach but still safe with fences and gate to keep your littles away. Easy enough to walk back for potty breaks or make lunch. The pool to cool off at the end of the day was the cherry on top. We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Oceanside, CA. The rental we chose was a lower level unit, with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. Being it was ground level, we had a small area of yard just off of the porch area. We were annoyed by how many people walked through the yard with no regard for our privacy. The unit itself had a few minor issues that once brought to their attention, were dealt with in a timely manner.

There is not a better place to vacation! So close to beach! So comfortable and cozy! The hot tub and facilities are the greatest to compliment the condo! We played pool, ping pong, fed the coy, and loved the ocean so close! Great place to stay! We will return!
