Villa in Fontane Bianche (18 Km from Siracusa, 71 Km from Catania Airport). 'Villa Sogno sulla Spiaggia' (Dream on the Beach) has direct access to the white thin sand beach. Transparent sea water, magnificent view, pleasant temperature.
Air conditioning, no architectural barriers, independent entrance, mosquito nets and railings on the windows, armored doors, new windows. No further Guests in the villa. Pets are not permitted. No breakfast included. The Tourist Tax should be paid by cash upon your arrival in Fontane Bianche.

FREE: Wi-Fi, TV, covered porch (150 Sq m), garden (2,000 Sq m) with sunbeds and shower, parking (for 2 cars).

Max 8 people: as 'people' we mean adults (people aged 5 and over) plus children (up to 4 years of age). On the GROUND FLOOR: GREEN bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, BLU bedroom with 3 single beds (or 1 double bed + 1 single bed), 2 bathrooms, living room & kitchenette. ON the 1st FLOOR (by inner staircase): 3rd bedroom (no balcony!) with 2 single beds (or 1 double bed) and 3rd bathroom.

Different beds on request (max 2): camping beds (for children up to 4 years of age) or double sofa bed in the living room (from 5 years of age); no cots. Anyway, the maximum number of Guests is still 8.

Direct access to the white and thin sand beach of Fontane Bianche, via a large marble staircase that connects the villa's private garden to the beach. You can practice sailing, canoeing and snorkeling. Sunbeds are provided free of charge.

You can admire marvelous sunrises from the villa (with the sun rising from the sea, on the horizon in front of the villa), splendid sunsets and enchanting spectacles of the moon reflected in the sea (see photo). The atmospheric precipitations are very rare, and therefore the sun almost always shines, allowing you to get fantastic tans and pleasant wraps of warm sand.

The exquisite specialties of SICILIAN CUISINE are highly recommended: pasta 'ncasciata (beloved by the Commissioner Montalbano), pasta alla carrettiera, swordfish rolls, eggplant caponata, rice balls, olives, ricotta, fresh fruit and vegetables with incredible flavors, desserts (for example, ricotta cannoli, cassatine, granita of lemon or almond or coffee).

This is just perfect! It is very private with beautiful landscaping and direct access to the beach.The property is also very secure which was very comforting. The owner and the property manager could not have been more friendly or responsive. The house is simple, confortable and spotlessly clean. The outdoor terrace is spectacular. We will definitely return.

I recently had a great week with my family in this large holiday home with a beautiful garden around the house. The property was well maintained and had a brilliant location right on the beach, which was a real plus. The holiday home was equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay very comfortable. The beach was absolutely amazing! Beach beds were available at the house and in the garden we had an outdoor shower so that we could rinse off after every refreshing dip in the sea. The bedrooms were furnished in an authentic Italian way and equipped with all comforts. The kitchen was equipped with all necessary utensils and the Wifi functioned properly. It was a real pleasure to relax there and enjoy the sun and the sea. Moreover, the holiday home was easily accessible, with a little cafe just 20 meters away, a bakery around the corner and even a beach bar where we could enjoy cocktails and drinks. Also the communication with the owner Andrea was very smooth. He was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Similarly, the contact with Angela, the hostess, was fast and accurate. Overall, this stay was a place I would love to return to. The combination of the beautiful holiday home, the beautiful garden, the great location right on the beach and the friendly owner and help from Angela made it an unforgettable experience. I can definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with all the comforts and conveniences you could wish for.

Perfect place for families

Perfect place for families

I can highly recommend to book this place. We stayed one week with our three kids (1.5/3/4.5 years old) and my mother. The house is huge and very clean and has everything you need for a relaxed vacation. The garden is beautiful and perfect for the kids to run around. And there is always a nice breeze from the sea so that it doesnt get too hot. The beach is really right in front of the house. You can go for a short swim or stay as long as the kids are having fun. An umbrella and even beach toys are provided. You can either cook by yourself in the very nice kitchen which has every utensil you need or you can go to one of the restaurants that are close by. Everything can be done by foot. We loved every second of our stay and will definitely come back.

La villa e il giardino sono bellissimi, molto puliti e particolarmente curati. Dal giardino si scende direttamente in spiaggia! Il mare e il panorama sono stupendi! L'appartamento è molto confortevole e dotato di tutto ciò che serve. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e ospitali. Torneremo sicuramente il prossimo anno!
