Gorgeous beachfront condo that's located on a quiet and private part of the beach. Out the front door and you're on the beach!

The Sunset Chateau condo complex is situated right in the heart of Sunset Beach, and directly on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in the area. The condo is a short walk to restaurants and shopping, and gives easy access to St. Petersburg and all the area attractions. Located in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by private homes, you can experience all that the beaches have to offer without the noise and traffic of the main strip. Perfect for small families or for those just looking for a relaxing place to stay.

The complex has a private, heated swimming pool on the beach, picnic benches, grills, and some of the most beautiful views available. Share the sunset with your neighbors on the wraparound balcony directly facing the gulf, and enjoy the stunning beauty of the pristine Gulf of Mexico.

Nearby activities include sailing, kayaking, biking, shopping, parasailing, jet skiing, boat rentals, shopping, or fine dining. If you're more of a sports fan, catch a game with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Lightning, Tampa Bay Rays, or one of the many teams that visit the area for Spring Training. Visit world-class museums, exciting concerts, or historic Florida landmarks. There's always something to do.

***Please note - Sunset Chateau is a non-smoking resort. There are smoking areas nearby in the garage area, but smoking is not allowed in any part of the building (including the balconies).***NO check-in after 10pm** During ALL holidays only ONE parking pass is available per property rules**

Other things to note:
LATE CHECK-OUTS & EARLY CHECK-INS: Check-in time is 4PM and checkout time is 11AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who check-in early or checkout past checkout time will charged the additional fee of $50/hr.
There is a security camera facing the driveway that will be on during your stay. Any pets or extra guests seen on property is subject to a charge.

We’ve stayed at this property for 4 years and this was my favorite unit! It literally has everything and the kitchen was very well stocked as we cook all our meals. The beds were comfy and loved having a washer/dryer in the unit! Super clean and would definitely stay again!

We arrived at Sunset Beach to be notified that the beaches were closed. Not the manager's fault. Building has two elevators, one marked "closed until further notice". Workers started working on the building extremely loudly at 8AM Monday morning and 8AM Tuesday morning. Why wouldn't we be informed that the beaches were closed and that there was work being done on the buidling, especially from managers that sent emails to remind us to shut off the lights and to run the dishwasher? Seems very one sided to me. Disappointing

The condo was amazing. The location right on the beach was perfection. The condo had everything we could need, including beach supplies. One thing to note is that the couches are different than the photo but still ample seating. We needed to wash a few of the dishes before using but it was a small inconvenience for such a wonderful trip. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Property was well kept up. I would put a better broom and dustpan in condo unit. Was relatively quiet except for a few days of young children running above us. Most visitors were very polite and friendly. Would recommend to others.

We really enjoyed our vacation at this condo! The pictures of the property represent it very well! Great location and you have the beach right out your front door! The location was great. Sunset beach which, while smaller, was so quiet and enjoyable! Could walk to one restaurant for food or drinks but its a bit of a hike, especially with little kids. Condo was clean and had great beach toys for the kids although some were broken, they didn't care! Would definitely come back.

This was such a treat to stay here. Everything you could possibly need and more! The unit really shows pride in ownership. The only draw back we found is that we were 4 adults and 3 kids and there wasn’t space for everyone’s clothes and places to put our suitcases. Maybe if they reorganized their closet space and found a space for all the beach stuff, would be very helpful :) Also, kinda weird … the pool has no lounge chairs or seating whatsoever… you have to use your beach chairs … didn’t care for that.

This property is lovely, quiet, clean and very well equipped with everything for a relaxing weekend. We will definitely be back! The outside of the building is a little deceiving. While the location could not be any better, the building is older. The unit however is renovated, updated and again surprisingly perfect for a beach getaway.

We do wish we would have been given a heads up about the construction going on at the complex during our stay, the noise level was obnoxious when in the condo. At least when we were on the beach the sound of the waves muffled the sound some.

The unit is gorgeous and had everything we needed and more for our family vacation! It was super clean and only steps to the beach. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed! We would definitely stay here again. The door is very tight and was a little difficult to get closed.

This is a great location. Many great places to eat, and close enough to Tampa for all the attractions there. The best kept secret we discovered this year is the VFW Post at Madiera Beach/John's Pass. They are open to anyone for food, and they are just as good as any restaraunt at John's Pass for a fraction of the cost. The condo was great and management was responsive to our needs same day. We will be back next year again!

Stayed at Sunset Chateau (in a great neighborhood) several times and love the location right on the beach with such an amazing view. Unit 209 was spacious and had everything needed for our beach stay. Would recommend this unit for a relaxing, enjoyable stay!!

Just what we were looking for... Right on the beach, but off the main drag away from the hotels/motels/resorts in a more residential neighborhood. The condo was clean, updated, and had lots of stuff for the beach (i.e. chairs, umbrella, etc.). Overall we had a great time and will definitely consider returning in the future.

This condo was amazing. Way more than expected! The view was stunning and the location was perfect! It is located on a part of Gulf BLVD that is a dead end, keeping the normal busy beach traffic away, but was still extremely easy access. As for the beach itself, it is away from the public beach access, making it perfect for our family because it was not crowded at all. We were blessed with perfect weather the entire time we there! This is a great property and a great location!
