About this house rental
This is a newer 2-bedroom 2-bath Ranch with a ten minute walk to the Beach. It sleeps 4-adults and has bunk beds for 2 kids. . We offer NW coffee plus an herb garden out front in whiskey barrels in the Spring, Summer and Fall. Our Beach house is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils. It has a washing machine and dryer with laundry soap included. Lots of outdoor eating areas to enjoy as well.
Everything you could need to make your stay at the Beach just like if you were at home. We hope you enjoy our Beach House as much as our family does!

Perfect location to in town "hotspots" and a short drive to the beach.
Well appointed house. We traveled with our 3 kids and they nid not have to share a bed or sleep on a pullout couch. Perfect setup.

We stayed during late August. The property was excellent. Everything we needed was there; from the well appointed kitchen, to the washer dryer, and excellent off-street parking. It was clear that the owner has taken great care and invested to make this property excellent. It’s no wonder that so many guests return.

We rented this house for a weekend. The neighborhood was cute & quiet. The owners were quick to respond. They had everything we needed & MORE. The beds were comfortable. We slept like babies. We are already planning our next trip to Long Beach & renting this house again.

Would rent the house again. The only negative was it listed air conditioning & all it had was a couple portable units that could be moved from room to room. Not ideal especially if had been any warmer.

I rate this home as one of my top vacation rentals and I started in 2011! Ron thought of everything; games, every kitchen appliance and gadget, spices, ample linens, work space, family friendly furniture, fire pit, etc. This is a gem, I hope I have a chance to stay here again!

Nice home, close to town. The check in process was very easy. Home was equipped with most everything you would need. The clam digging in ocean park was excellent. The checkout process was easy. We would definately rent this place again.

Lazy days
We were looking for a few quiet days and got just what we wanted. The property was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities one would want. The only glitch was the 'air freshener' which had an overpowering smell and we had to take it outside for the duration.

Great home!
This is a great property! Home has everything you need. Not too far out of town, good walk if you are up to it! Very clean inside and out. Owners have added nice touches to inside, you really feel at home. Plan to rent again!

Great house for a family of 4-6.
Great house. Kitchen is well equipped with all essentials. In fact, the best amount of essentials I have experienced having while renting houses. 10-15 min walk to the beach. Beach was great, not overcrowded since it is away from the downtown. House is very clean. Suitable for our family with two kids and two adults. Check in and check out process is easy. The house is located on a quiet street but very close to a main strip with a grocery store and restaurants. Thanks much for having us.

We enjoyed the house very much. I do have one suggestion that the ceiling to be dusted because there was a lot of cobwebs.

Nice vacation at Long Beach

Family Time
Home was exactly as described and then some. Everything we needed the home provided. Had a bbq one night for all family in Long Beach and it was perfect. We were 4 adults and one 17 year old grandson, plenty of room. Will rent again in the future.

Close to town and walked to breakfast twice. Clean and spacious house with comfortable beds. Would stay there again for sure!

anniversary getaway
We just wanted to have a quiet weekend with my Aunt and Uncle to play cards and visit. We had a double wedding with them in 1965. So we have both had long lives together and enjoyed visiting and playing cards. The operation of the tv was quite confusing for all of us. We never found the news or regular tv shows, but we did all try to operate. More instuctions would have been nice. The house seemed really full of stuff. There could have been less stuff. It was nice to have the cleaning service charge so we didn't have to clean before we left. It was like a hotel, but nicer. The bed linens etc. could have been a little nicer. All in all it was great.

Great weekend at this sweet house
This home was a last minute find and even better than we expected. The neighborhood was quiet and a short walk to the beach or into town. The kitchen had any/all appliances that you need to cook with and then some. Everything was tidy and clean and we had no issues.

The kitchen and a superbly stocked. The owner is super responsive and accommodating. Neighborhood feels safe. House is perfect for a beach getaway. Fun. Would recommend you send a heads up so they clean it throughly.

Great place. Will definitely be coming back
This was a great property for our family with a 4yo and 6yo. Being a parent of young kids we can "tell" when a place is setup for small children and this place definitely was. The kids LOVED the bunk beds and now call this place "their home away from home." Also very clean and in great shape.

Very nice home in a great location just a short work from the beach
We stayed here in the late fall for a family getaway amid Covid. The location is a nice sort distance from the beach. We went on several walks and I did a few morning runs along the paths and sand. The house had comfortable couches and nice tvs for us to relax in the evening. And the kitchen was well supplied, so we had no trouble making a fairly complex Thanksgiving meal! A great place to stay with kids of any age, or just for a pair of couples looking for a nice getaway.

Nice Property, Significant Cleanliness Problems
Nice home, comfortable but, it was not cleaned prior to arrival. Kitchen was unusable until thorough cleaning by my 80yo mother. Refrigerator contained rotting fruit and black mold. Oven had dripping grease, a safety issue for sure. Used covid face masks found under beds. Owners response was disappointing at the very least. Would not recommend the property unless owner can provide a pre-rental guarantee regarding cleanliness. In the current climate involving viruses and the importance of cleanliness, this owner needs to improve his service.

Perfect Get Away
Great little house at the beach. Well stocked kitchen and bath. Within walking distance to the beach. It was the perfect size for two adults and two teens. We love Long Beach!

Great place. Close to town, beaches, and state park. Would stay here again. Scent diffusers are strong and may affect those sensitive to heavy scents.
