About this apartment rental

This 2 bedroom condo is a great place to begin your Lake Tahoe vacation. You will appreciate overlooking the Tahoe Keys marina and the parade of colorful boats that this area features. The slopes of Heavenly Ski Resort can be admired in the distance making this condo a great choice for any season.
As of July 31, 2021 this home will only be available for 31 day rentals.

The house was in a great location. The next door neighbor was a pain in the butt. The home is pet friendly, however, my dog barked a few times when someone walked by. We were there and it was in the middles of the day. He called the association and complained. Then they called us a threatened to call the owner. The barking went on for about a minute a few times.

First, the condo we stayed in wasn't clean. There were dishes with lipstick marks on glasses and it looked like the silverware was not washed well. Several blankets and sheets also were not clean. Further, we were told there was a swimming pool we could use, but we found out we had to take our rental agreement to an entirely different office to get passes...which by the way are an additional fee. None of this is explained when you book or check in. So don't plan on going swimming with the family without planning ahead. After this experience I would definitely not go back.

First, the condo we stayed in wasn't clean. There were dishes with lipstick marks on glasses and it looked like the silverware was not washed well. Several blankets and sheets also were not clean.
