Totally renovated with stainless appliances including double ovens, ice maker, filtered water dispenser, wine fridge, huge island and bar, fully equipped with small appliances, utensils, dishes, baking pans, stand mixer, crock pot, blender ....everything to cook gourmet meals, a quick snack or delicious BBQ on the large outdoor gas grill.

4 BEDROOMS including 2 master suites with adjoining bathrooms each with jacuzzi, and with queen beds, 3rd bedroom has queen bed and 4th with single over full bunk beds, plus 2 fold away beds available

A beautiful tropical sitting area and a gorgeous dining space that feels like you are part of the tropical garden with large potted plants and hanging baskets, perfect for a leisurely brunch or a romantic candle light dinner.

BACKYARD....Enjoy the beautiful backyard with large deck overlooking the water, loungers, patio, gardens, and new 7 person hot tub. Large table and chairs on the deck are perfect for a charming outdoor dinner, an afternoon snack or just relaxing with a glass of wine at sunset.

DOCK...Grab your fishing pole and stroll down to our dock. You're almost guaranteed to catch a Mullet or two. Maybe you'll get lucky and catch a redfish, sheepshead or snook. Enjoy the wildlife in the water...glimpse a giant manatee or school of moon jelly fish in the water, watch the graceful large blue heron fish for his dinner, watch the Mullet jumping at dusk. Rent a boat and tie up to the dock. Launch your kayak and paddle out to the mangroves in the intercoastal.

We had a great time here, and our hosts were so friendly and incredibly responsive. The property is a bit of a walk to the beach and the bars, but you get used to it quickly. Thanks Maureen and John!

Nicest place we have stayed at, location was a 10, host was a 10, place was big and worked well for the 6 of us. Loved the hot tub, and Crescent beach was a short walk away.

This place has a great location, just a couple of blocks from the beach. The house is very roomy and the lanai is really nice. Maureen texted us often to see if we needed anything and dropped off a couple of items we requested. We had a wonderful time.

Great Location!

The grounds are idyllic, I felt like I was in a botanical garden. Both the front and back yard are planted, very relaxing. There are multiple seating areas in the back gardens. The house is stylishly appointed. This is a large house, ideal for a large group. The host did a great job with communication.

Fantastic House for a 90th B’Day Bash

Terrific house with room for 8 of us. Bikes, toys, books, you name it and Maureen and John have gone out of their way to stock it for their guests. Wonderful hosts and very nice, down to earth people. On a secluded canal and just a short walk to the incredible beach. We watched herons and pelicans fish from the huge deck and the spotless hot tub. We’ll be back!!!!!

We had family fly in from California and Arizona for a reunion. Maureen was absolutely wonderful and very quick to respond to all my questions. She was more than accommodating and we had a fantastic vacation. There was plenty of room for all and something to do for every age from 8 to 70!! Thank you!!

Not 5 min walk to beach (unless you cut through property that says do not trespass)more like 15-20 walk. Siesta Key way too busy thus traffic horrible.Only 2 lanes. sat in traffic for hour. Said their were bikes, 2 had flat ( had pump but didnt hold air)and one has bent rim that rubbed.House was not checked before we got there, how do I know because 4 dead(nice they were dead) large roaches and AC didnt work in half the house.They did fix the next day but had to sleep one night in July in Florida without AC.They were nice enough to bring fans but it was July nobody on that side of house slept well and unfortunately that is were all but 2 people stayed. BTW house was very nice . Lots of rooms and clean other than dead roaches.. Nice deck with hot tub on canal.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home and property. We were a family group of 9 and there was more than enough room for everyone. The home boasts 2 master bedrooms, each with their own ensuite spacious bathroom and tons of privacy. There is a 3rd large bathroom that is shared by the other 2 bedrooms. The home is absolutely stunningly decorated and the gardens truly magazine worthy! There are multiple glass decorations on display as well as a glass coffee table and dining table. There are many mirrors and skylights in the home giving it a very open, bright and roomy atmosphere. The kitchen is large and has a great work space in the middle. So many places for people to be outside or inside relaxing, reading a book, catching up on conversations or sharing a movie snuggled on the couches. Access all your favourite online viewing accounts from any of the 3 available TVs - very convenient! Our family saw sea otters, fish and alligators right off the deck located directly on the water - what fun! You can walk to the various Siesta Key public beaches in about 15 minutes or hop on the free trolley to get to that glorious sand faster! Be sure to bring all your own groceries and paper supplies; some paper products are provided but if you are a large group, you may run out. Our hosts were so helpful, so amenable and very communicative. They covered everything we needed to know and let us know that they were only a few minutes away should we need them. We would definitely return here (and are missing it already!) Thank you for such a memorable birthday family stay!!
