Magnificent villa of 220 m2, completely renovated, Casa Luza accommodates 4 to 6 people, ideal for two couples or a couple with children, located in the very quiet and prestigious area of Salicos, 2. 3 km from the beaches, from the city center from Carvoeiro, all amenities and close to golf courses.
The villa consists of 2 large air-conditioned bedrooms with their respective bathrooms and a mezzanine that can accommodate 2 people.
The master bedroom has a large boxspring bed (180) for exceptional comfort with an en-suite bathroom (bath), the second bedroom also has separate boxspring beds (2X90) or a large bed (180) choice, with en-suite bathroom (shower) and the mezzanine includes an additional sleeping couch.
The kitchen, completely redone in late 2019, equipped with high-end appliances, and integrated wine cellar. Outdoor barbecue area.
The dining room, with a large table for 8 people, is open to the air-conditioned living room, with fireplace, TV + internet, DVD and open to the terraces equipped with sofas and dining area sheltered from the sun
The house is located in a large green Mediterranean garden with olive, carob, almond and fig trees, with total privacy, with a large private and fenced pool, relaxation area

The pictures don't really do it justice. It's an amazing villa with absolutely everything you could possibly need. We were staying with our sons, 8 and 11 and they absolutely loved the pool and then being able to sit inside out of the heat in the midday and play some games. The space worked perfectly for us to the extent that we barely ever left. My kids hate beaches and being dragged around towns, so was perfect.

The property is a modern villa in a secluded avenue about 2 miles from the town of Carvoieiro. it is beatifully furnished with a very airy feeling. The garden has lots of places to sit and the smallish swimming pool is away from the villa down some shallow steps. The pool probably isnt ideal for small children though. The hosts provide very little in the way of basics on arrival, so be prepared to buy things like washing up liquid, cooking oil and toilet paper etc etc. there is a very good supermarket about 1 mile away. A car is essential here for getting about.

This was our second time staying at Casa Luza, and I can't say enough once again about the property and location. It is a property that checks all the boxes for us. Clean, comfortable beds, fresh towels and linens, and all the amenities needed to feel right at home. The yard has sunshine or shade seating for all times of the day. We used the pool everyday and enjoyed reading on the lounge chairs by the pool. Laurence and the property manager are extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. Thank you for making our stay so relaxing! We will be back! Greg and Loretta

Casa Luza is a beautiful property in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s in a perfect central location to all of the Algarve highlights, 3 minute drive to a beautiful beach, the best coastal hiking area, restaurants and supermarkets. An hour to the coast and 40 minutes to Faro. We loved our 2 months at Casa Luza and would recommend it to couples and families.

We spent 1 week in this lovely house. Ideal for a family with 2 children. The house is modern and has everything that's needed. The A/Cs worked very well. The only downside was that the swimming pool does not have an area for small children who cannot swim yet. Also, the team managing the house was very nice, responsive and helpful. We would come back any time.

Wir haben die letzten 2 Wochen in der Casa Luza sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und neu, und es fehlte uns an Nichts. Besonders zu empfehlen ist die Villa auch aufgrund der Lage und den daher sehr kurzen Anfahrtswegen zu vielen Stränden und weiteren Attraktionen (z.B. Bootsfahrt zur Benagil-Höhle, Wasserpark, Algar Seco und Silves).

Casa Luza is a perfect place to relax, unwind and explore Algarve from. We really enjoyed all spaces within the property - pool, outside sitting area, outdoor dining and cooking space. It has enough shade on a hot day. Interior is equally beautiful with tasteful furniture and decorations and everything you need to feel at home. Villa is located within short proximity to many lovely beaches and towns. Laurence and her property manager were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Our stay at Casa Luza was fantastic. The property landscape is jaw dropping! The pool was put to good use, very private setting. The pictures on the site do not do the interior justice. It is gorgeous throughout. Very well supplied with all kitchen needs. Beds were a dream to sleep in. Two weeks was not long enough!

Wir haben 9 Tage in Sineu verbracht und fanden das Haus traumhaft. Es liegt sehr ruhig gelegen, die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wunderbar ruhig und naturnah. Das Haus ist vollständig ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Matratzen sind gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß innerhalb von 25 Minuten zu erreichen, allerdings ist der Weg nicht sehr fußgängerfreundlich. Ausflugmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden und man kommt (mit dem Auto) sehr schnell zum Wasser. Wir würden auf jeden Fall noch einmal kommen.

Fabulous villa in a peaceful location

We loved our stay at this fabulous villa which was even lovelier than I had imagined. The villa and outside areas were well equipped and comfortable. We loved the peaceful location yet only 5 mins in a taxi to Carvoeiro and all its restaurants etc. The most beautiful beaches are only 5-10 mins in a car from the villa. Thanks Laurence for looking after us so well. We’ll definitely be back.
