Perfect

Beautiful compact property with lovely balcony , the shade on the balcony was appreciated

Be aware there are lots of stairs to property , beautiful old building

Enjoyable stay. Excellent location. Need to be okay with steps as it is on the top floor.

Very spacious. Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Loved having a balcony. Staff helpful and prompt. Washing machine very useful. Basic condiments and washing up liquid (probably from previous occupants) was good.

I accept not all properties have a/c but there was was no fan either. We had to purchase one. They did offer to reimburse us but we gave the fan to my son who lives in Imperia. Could do with more kitchen utensils/equipment e.g. scissors, serving spoons, kettle. If you are going to charge extra for bedding and towels they should be of a decent quality. The bedding was absolutely fine but the towels were very old and worn.

The location makes it worth some uncomfortable issues

The location is amazing, it's close to the Port and close to restaurants & supermarkets. It has no view of the ocean but the terrace is big and with a lot of space. The kitchen was complete and full of kitchen tools but it's recommended for long stays because you have to buy your own oil, dish soap, salt, etc. It has 2 big TV screens and 2 tables (one in the dining room and one outside on the terrace).

There are a lot of stairs (it's on the 3rd floor), not suitable for older couples. The bed is NOT really double, it's just 2 single beds put together, it was quite uncomfortable. The door of the shower was really hard to open so getting in and out of the shower was quite difficult. The chairs of the dining room were impossible to sit on, the seats were super uncomfortable.
